Fresh. That's the word I'm going to use to summarize the food here. It tastes amazingly fresh.
Come early or order ahead if you're going for lunch, as the line-ups can get pretty wild. Got to try the chicken breast dinner and it was fantastic. It was grilled perfectly, and is served with salad, rice, potatoes, tzatziki, and a small slice of pita bread. Come hungry, as the portion is more than enough to fill you up and leave you very satisfied.
It's a place that's certainly off the beaten path (most people only know about it because they work close by), but once you try it, you'll be making the detour here every time.

The best tasting Greek food I've ever had, I had the chicken souvlaki dinner, the rice was tasty and not dry, the chicken was flavorful, good potatoes, nice salad, very affordable and big portions! The staff are hardworking, this establishment is an hidden Mississauga gem that more people need to learn about ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing restaurant and authentic atmosphere! The chicken Greek salad has been my go to meal since 2017 at least a once or twice a week religiously until the pandemic separated us since I was working from home. I finally got a chance to come back to Mississauga and the salad is just as good as I remembered it if not better. They’re also great for catering. When we were all in the office I’d consistently use them to cater our team events whenever I had the chance. Although I always got the salad, my coworkers that would eat here also rave about their chicken dinner and how filling it is. The only negative thing I could say about them are their hours. It’s open till 4pm on weekdays and not open over the weekend. Makes it tough to visit if u don’t work or live near by.
Pretty simple place in terms of decor and ambience but food is outstanding. Portions are big, food is fresh. Enough staff to keep the line going. Prices are very friendly
It's always great to order from a restaurant where you get fresh food and that personal touch. We ordered from this restaurant for work and the aroma of food was breath taking! I also received a follow up call from Mark which was really thoughtful and shows that he goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers are happy. I'm pretty sure that we will be ordering again soon 😊
I used Plaka for a staff appreciation lunch for my company and everyone absolutely loved the food, it was some of the best Greek food I've eaten. The owner Mark was great to work with when placing an order for 60 meals and was very easy to communicate with and got back to me in a very timely manner. The portions are great and even though we ordered 60 meals the quality was top nautch. If you are looking for a quick lunch or a company event Plaka is your go to stop for amazing food and service.
Absolutely delicious food! Great customer service. Every time I’ve come here the food was as delicious as the first time I tried it. Consistent with quality and taste. Absolutely recommend this place!
