I can’t believe it took me a long time to go to this place when it’s across my work. A friend and I went here for dinner. The staffs were superb with their customer service. They were friendly, kind, and ready to take the order but patient enough to wait for us. The place is clean and organized, the food—- delicious!! It’s worth the wait. My friend and I had the lamb shish and the dessert we had after was unique. It was the Triliçe. They sanitized the table after each customers. There’s also a patio if you want to eat outside. I recommend this place and definitely would go back again.
My family and I went to Istanbul Kebab House for my mom's-in-law birthday, and we absolutely loved the food and the overall restaurant ambiance. As someone who adores Turkish cuisine, the food this place serves is very authentic. We might as well have been feasting in Istanbul! Excellent experience overall, and highly recommend!
To be honest the food was excellent and tasted fresh. Service was really fast. Very authentic Turkish food and probably the best I've had so far! I would have given this a 5 star but however, some of the staff seem very uninterested and not welcoming. The girl with the blonde hair who seated us was no help in answering any of our questions and looked lost with what she was doing. She was sweeping around our table and hit our shoes with broom when we were trying to eat, which I found irritating and unprofessional. She could have waited until our area was empty or at least communicated/asked if it was okay to do so. Overall great food but some staff need to learn better manners & customer service.
Excellent and speedy service despite the rush hours with mouth watering food. The BBQ platter items were fantastic and so juicy. Prices are also reasonable.
Today we decided to visit Istanbul kebab House . I always do my review based on three things 1 ) Food taste 2) customer service 3) Atmosphere bonus point for H&S
1 )Food, we had Chicken Doner. I must say the chicken was so fresh, Juicy and just some rite. The salad was so good and the sauce was very amazing. There is bread under the chicken really good. 5/5
2) customer service, Very polite gentleman helped us with our order. No issues very good service 5/5
3) The place gives you a traditional sense of Middle East. Turkish good music, Families all around. It was very nice. 5/5
Recommendation : will go again !!!! A+
Suggestion for the restaurant : Give Turkish tea for free you customers will love it.

Good food overall. The Adana kebab looks good but it seemed a bit dry inside, the menu says it's supposed to be spicy but I didn't notice any heat (but I'm a pepper nut, so normal people may feel it). The salad was good, nice and fresh and a tasty dressing on it. The Bulgur was good, and the bread strips were warm and fresh. The chicken doner was fresh and tasted great.
We got the mixed pide - we figured if we didn't' like it then at least we'd get the mozza/pepp and be ok with that. But if i could do it again I'd skip the mozza pepp and just get half and half of the other two, they were so good. The mozza pepp wasn't bad btw, it's just that the others were a more unique flavour (for us) and were really delicious. The Turkish coffee was good, but felt overpriced - It's a very small cup, and the bottom 1/4 is the grinds, it was an experience though.
A real gem. Don't let the outside apperance fool you. It's modern and open inside. The service is fast, helpful and knowledgeable. The food is authentic and delicious. Lots of value for money here.
