Last week my friend took me for lunch at Applewood Fish & Chips. We ordered Wild Alaskan Halibut with Coleslaw. The fish was perfectly made, tender, delicious in a thin & crisp batter. Coleslaw was homemade, fresh & tasty. The service was fast. Highly recommend. The owners are very friendly 🙂

This place has been on my to go list for quite awhile. The other day it was actually on the way, and we were like this has to be the time we are giving it a try. Since it was like between lunch and dinner so we ordered only a Premium Mild Halibut with fries and a large coleslaw to go. The fish is amazing! So so so good! But the fries were a little underwhelming probably because it’s takeout. Even a neighbour said it smells great when we were in an elevator. The only thing though is that the price is on the higher side, but I can understand you pay for what you get. The fish is really good! Coleslaw was great too. Also love the art pieces in the store. So beautiful.
