Stopped in for a quick lunch in between shopping - ordered the blackened sword fish tacos - they were wonderful. The portion was perfect - I ordered the fries - shoe string fries. A side of a spicy sauce for the fish was offered as well and it was quite spicy - but nice. The restaurant is very nicely decorated - the lighting perfect - with large windows and view to the outside - that lunch hour it was very busy and bustling with shoppers and folks on their work lunch hour. The music was little loud for lunch - just a little distracting. I would have wanted to try a wine or two but didn't this time. The wine selection looked very nice. The service was excellent and Susie took care of us - as did other staff members to check on us and refill our glasses. Great experience overall. Thank you!
My daughter and I had a fabulous lunch at Earls. It was my daughters 30th birthday and this is where she wanted to go a Mother and Daughter lunch. The food was excellent and our server was fantastic! When our server found out it was my daughters 30th birthday. She went out of her way to make sure our meal was something special. She also went out of her way to bring a dessert with a candle on it. We had not ordered dessert so she purchased this on behalf of herself. Thank you Earls for making my daughters 30th birthday lunch such a special day for both of us.

I came here today to celebrate my sisters birthday. The service was awesome from the moment we stepped inside, the staff is super friendly and our server was also very polite and checked on us multiple times. The sushi and seafood items are $5 off on Sunday so we ordered lots of sushi which tasted amazing, super fresh and delicious. We even ordered some coffee which was really good. Definitely recommend!
After shopping decided to have dinner at Earl's. I ordered the 6 oz. Canadian Prime Sirloin with truffle butter, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Good that our server asked about food allergies since my friend has shellfish allergy. She initially wanted the chipotle calamari but was told that it is cooked in the same fryer as the shellfish. She changed her order to Bacon Cheddar Burger with Truffle Fries. I love how the mashed potato had toppings of fried string potatoes and tasted so good, the steak was flavourful and seasoned well. The burger was freshly made and was delicious. Our server provided excellent customer service.
We went there during their happy hour. The food and ambiance was amazing. The wait times maybe longer but the ambience puts it all away.

Friendly staff! I was too tired from walking at the shopping centre, so I decided to take a seat in the restaurant just for a glass (large 😊) of wine.
I asked to be placed in a quieter area as I wished to read and the waiter helped me to move to a closed off section just for me. How very kind!
The place is nicely designed and decorated.

We had a great time at Earls. The staff was attentive but still gave us our space to savour and enjoy the food. The steaks were delectable and I have to come back to Earls cos this is how i want to eat steak! It was cooked to absolute perfection. For appetizers I was a little disappointed in the calamari but the spicy tuna roll was really really good. I wish there was a little more wasabi but that's just nitpicking. I was tempted to rate it 4 because of the calamari but everything else was so perfect I couldn't take any points off realistically.
Good service, great food, and very reasonable prices with a good happy hour menu and timing.
This is one of the few restaurants I've been to that genuinely deserves a 5 star rating.
It's not cheap but it's certainly not overpriced.
Due to the mix of great food, a good ambiance and reasonable prices, I will always come back.
We went there to celebrate an event and had an advance booking so when we arrived we did have to wait for our table to be ready.
The service was quick and the server was friendly but did forget a drink we had ordered with the rest of the drinks. Which I found odd but then mistakes do happen!
Food choice from the menu was extensive and each of us had something we loved to choose from. Portions were just the right size and the food arrived pretty quickly.
Hands down the blackened chicken seemed to be a fav! STeak was ok and the salad was delicious. just wish the food was hot!

It was an awesome experience dining here. The food tastes amazing. I ordered Blackened Chicken, which is my new favorite now. Also ordered ketel one cucumber cocktail drink (not sure about the exact name), which was very refreshing! Our server Nicole was very sweet and professional. She made sure our visit was a memorable one. Thanks Nicole! :)
