Review Earl's Kitchen & Bar - Mississauga

I came here today to celebrate my sisters birthday. The service was awesome from the moment we stepped inside, the staff is super friendly and our server was also very polite and checked on us multiple times. The sushi and seafood items are $5 off on Sunday so we ordered lots of sushi which tasted amazing, super fresh and delicious. We even ordered some coffee which was really good. Definitely recommend!

After shopping decided to have dinner at Earl's. I ordered the 6 oz. Canadian Prime Sirloin with truffle butter, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Good that our server asked about food allergies since my friend has shellfish allergy. She initially wanted the chipotle calamari but was told that it is cooked in the same fryer as the shellfish. She changed her order to Bacon Cheddar Burger with Truffle Fries. I love how the mashed potato had toppings of fried string potatoes and tasted so good, the steak was flavourful and seasoned well. The burger was freshly made and was delicious. Our server provided excellent customer service.

We went there during their happy hour. The food and ambiance was amazing. The wait times maybe longer but the ambience puts it all away. The service was also notable. We tried their : Truffle Fries 🍟 Chicken street style tacos 🌮 Bread 🥖 And sangria 🍸 Must say : try their Tacos 🌮 ⭐️

Friendly staff! I was too tired from walking at the shopping centre, so I decided to take a seat in the restaurant just for a glass (large 😊) of wine. I asked to be placed in a quieter area as I wished to read and the waiter helped me to move to a closed off section just for me. How very kind! The place is nicely designed and decorated. I didn’t taste the food but they look amazing. Happy with their service and gave them a well deserved good tip!

We had a great time at Earls. The staff was attentive but still gave us our space to savour and enjoy the food. The steaks were delectable and I have to come back to Earls cos this is how i want to eat steak! It was cooked to absolute perfection. For appetizers I was a little disappointed in the calamari but the spicy tuna roll was really really good. I wish there was a little more wasabi but that's just nitpicking. I was tempted to rate it 4 because of the calamari but everything else was so perfect I couldn't take any points off realistically.

Good service, great food, and very reasonable prices with a good happy hour menu and timing. This is one of the few restaurants I've been to that genuinely deserves a 5 star rating. It's not cheap but it's certainly not overpriced. Due to the mix of great food, a good ambiance and reasonable prices, I will always come back.

We went there to celebrate an event and had an advance booking so when we arrived we did have to wait for our table to be ready. The service was quick and the server was friendly but did forget a drink we had ordered with the rest of the drinks. Which I found odd but then mistakes do happen! Food choice from the menu was extensive and each of us had something we loved to choose from. Portions were just the right size and the food arrived pretty quickly. Hands down the blackened chicken seemed to be a fav! STeak was ok and the salad was delicious. just wish the food was hot! Appetizers were also yummy! Loved the ambiance. Ample lot of parking not in front of the restaurant but beside the restaurant.

It was an awesome experience dining here. The food tastes amazing. I ordered Blackened Chicken, which is my new favorite now. Also ordered ketel one cucumber cocktail drink (not sure about the exact name), which was very refreshing! Our server Nicole was very sweet and professional. She made sure our visit was a memorable one. Thanks Nicole! :)

Stopped in for a quick lunch in between shopping - ordered the blackened sword fish tacos - they were wonderful. The portion was perfect - I ordered the fries - shoe string fries. A side of a spicy sauce for the fish was offered as well and it was quite spicy - but nice. The restaurant is very nicely decorated - the lighting perfect - with large windows and view to the outside - that lunch hour it was very busy and bustling with shoppers and folks on their work lunch hour. The music was little loud for lunch - just a little distracting. I would have wanted to try a wine or two but didn't this time. The wine selection looked very nice. The service was excellent and Susie took care of us - as did other staff members to check on us and refill our glasses. Great experience overall. Thank you!

Last night was our third visit (and definitely the last) to Earls. I really cannot see why anyone thinks that this is a good place to dine. I actually believe that the only reason anyone is there is because of its location. Every time, our service has been terrible, the room design is boring and uncomfortable, lighting is terrible and the staff all seem to be completely under-trained and unprofessional. Last night was no exception as we decided to give it one more chance. Our food was cold. We both ordered the same thing, one was just ok, the other COMPLETELY undercooked. When we brought it to their attention they seemed like it wasn’t even a surprise. The twenty something literally scraped it off my wife’s plate to take it finish cooking it and said “you can work on the fries for now. Seriously??? I ordered a secon glass of wine since I had eaten my meal while my wife waited for hers. It finally came AFTER she was finished, and it was the wrong wine (which we obviously sent back and also cancelled the order since we couldn’t wait to get out of there) When we arrived we were told there was a 45 minute wait yet half the restaurant was empty... shall I go on??? Just another terrible experience. And it isn’t because we haven’t tried! Oh my.

My daughter and I had a fabulous lunch at Earls. It was my daughters 30th birthday and this is where she wanted to go a Mother and Daughter lunch. The food was excellent and our server was fantastic! When our server found out it was my daughters 30th birthday. She went out of her way to make sure our meal was something special. She also went out of her way to bring a dessert with a candle on it. We had not ordered dessert so she purchased this on behalf of herself. Thank you Earls for making my daughters 30th birthday lunch such a special day for both of us. Mrs. Pauline Simmonds

The service was ok however the waitress had no idea about the menu and constantly hovered whilst we were attempting to enjoy our meal (then was no where to be found when we required some service) Do not try the Amaretto sour. It sucks. The food was flavorful and served promptly by other staff.

A beer glass exploded in my hand and I cut myself. No apology, had to go out of my way to get a bandaid and they had the balls to charge me for a second beer. I will never go here again and I strongly recommend no else does either. Also the wait staff is kind of sucks.

Food was really great!! ordered salmon and hubby got chicken, they must have a good chef!! Great customer service too, I highly recommend! Just a little loud if you're near the bar.

By far the best in a long long time!!! We ordered quite a few things and loved mostly everything we ordered!!! The appetizers were a bomb!!! I am usually very apprehensive about ordering Salmon as not everyone can do it right, but I took the leap of faith after being thoroughly impressed with the appetizers and oh man... did I make the right decision or what!!! It was scrumptious 😋😋😋 both versions, Cajun and alferdo were perfect! My friends ordered shrimp tacos, fish and chips and alferdo pasta and each one of them loved their dish! Toffee chocolate cake was out of this world but we weren't too impressed by the coconut cream pie. All in all it was a wonderful experience and the server added icing to the cake with her marvellous demeanour and very prompt service 😊

I was here during the lunch rush, just this past week. The service was great and our food came quickly even though the restaurant was extremely busy. I even had an issue with my food, and it was taken back to the kitchen and dealt with promptly and without judgement. They even took it off the bill, which I wasn’t expecting. The food tasted great and was hot when served. I was really impressed!

Waited 45 minutes for a sangria. And an hour and a half for soup and salad, which wasn't even good. Super disappointed and shocked with how poor the service and food is here.

Went for dinner for our sons graduation, food was great came very fast even though there was 9 of us, and our waitress was most amazing (Kennedy ) , will definitely go back

We took her step mom for her birthday....excellent choice....nice atmosphere....food was super good well flavor...i order the steak and shrimp....with a spicy sauce....OMG...excellent...definitely going back🖒🖒🖒�

We had a lovely lunch and the food was very good as well as the service. Andrea was our server and she was very friendly and efficient. It was quite busy because of Christmas functions & we thought we might have to wait awhile but we got a table in the bar area right away. We were sad that the pizza was no longer on the menu but the food we did have was very good.

I love earls food, we are regulars at the square one location we come every Wednesday to enjoy a chill beer, but some times we are disappointed to find out that they don't have chill glasses for the bear. It should be a must now with the hot summer!!pls fix this they should always have chill glasses regardless.

Was there for my cousins 60 th birthday brunch...I had eggs benni and it was delicious..nice atmosphere and the service was good considering the amount of people in our group...but the food..mmmmmm good!! ❤️

Great service, very well laid out patio. Food was good, but not amazing. Prices are a little inflated compared to other similar restaurants. I would go back.

I used to go to Earls when I lived in Vancouver. I should have gone to Moxies. The service was so slow, they were out of the wine I wanted that was on the menu. It took over 45 mins to get the food. Do yourself a favour and go to Moxies if you are in the mall.

Honestly I have lived in the area for about a year and having worked in the service industry for quite some time, customer service is a huge part of my experience. I had several experiences at Earls, none that were enjoyable. I would have to always track down a waitress or bartender for a drink, food, order or questions. Let's not talk about the lack of knowledge the staff had. The food came out ok. I would like to applaud the current overhaul management has done with their staff. Product knowledge was impressive, asking if I had allergies, making sure I was aware of my choice, pairing of drinks and knowledge of drinks, all top notch. Service was excellent, food was delish and the atmosphere was relaxed, despite being busy. Aisha and her managers have done a great job. My fiancé and I will be going back. Previously I have rated Earls low. I'm happy to give them a better rating. Worth stopping in for a look at the summer menu and new staff.
