Everytime I am in BC I make sure that I am getting sushi from here. By far the best sushi I have had.

I am not usaly a huge fan of Sushi as I can not stand Seaweed. I normally get Beef Don or something similar. Today Shannon suggested "trying again" and we asked if they could do a roll without seaweed. Making this kind of request is usaly hit or miss and 90% of the time, most places won't do it. Today, they suggested perhaps rice paper instead. Good idea! L.A. Sushi Fusion, you did well! Yam Tampura Roll was awesome! Might try other non fish related rolls in the future.
