Best halal burger place in town....went there to break our fast with a family of five. Three 4lbs Combos and two 6lbs Solo. It was nice and comfy. We were 20 min early before the dusk and requested to serve us exactly @ 9 pm. The attendant was nice to gave us freshly fried french fries and warm burgers to enjoy....greatly we did!

Thumbs up despite many issues. I'll start with the good... the burgers are fantastic.

Now the bad... the service is always terrible. Staff that are not knowledgeable, the slowest fast food ever, and rudeness on more than one occasion. The fries are terrible. The packaging that the fries come in is terrible - as with the burger wrapping. The prices are ludicrous.

All in all, I'm giving them a thumbs up for two reasons.
1. Only place in town to get a hormone and antibiotic-free burger.
2. Burgers are actually delicious.

Have eaten at this location many times (7+) and never been disappointed in either quality, taste or service. Burgers have always been fresh with accurate toppings and love them fries :). Based on my visits and experience I would recommend this joint for a quick burger fix!

Hero burgers are hands down THE best burgers in Milton. The do take a while to make one meal (about 5-8 mins) but it is well worth the wait when u get treated to a huge burger done just the way u like it. Thhe other thing I can complain about is the price . Burgers start at about $4 to start out meals go for about 8. Even the cost isn't that much of a worry because quality of the food is just that high you know it's worth the money ten out of ten in my books next time u want a burger (and don't mind paying a bit more for it ) try hero burger

This Hero Burger location is one of the best I've been to. The burgers and toppings are always fresh and well prepared. The burgers are never sloppy and always made with the appropriate amount of each topping. I've also tried the chicken burgers and chicken strips and again was very pleased. The location has a clean seating area and the service is always really friendly and welcoming. I've never had an issue with this location and will continue to visit!

Food and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Been there a couple times in person recently and honestly was really impressed with the staffs communication and hard work. My orders have always been timely and accurate. Admittedly it is a little pricier than some of the more "fast food" burger joints in town, but I am willing to pay for the quality.

Great beef burgers prepared with care and fully customized. However I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was dried up and didn't have the same care given as the beef burgers. Hopefully it was a one off. Will update on other experiences for the spicy chicken if I decide to try again. Otherwise you can't go wrong with the beef burgers. Always prepared fresh and with care.

Came in on a weekend with my family and the food also customer service was excellent. The store was kept very clean. I would totally recommend the new plant-based menu if you are vegan or vegetarian as I am myself. I will definitely will be coming frequently to this hero burger in Milton.

The burger was quite good and so was everything else. It was filled with enough sauces but it still didn't hide the fact that the burger itself was a bit dry. And I had taken the signature 8 oz burger, so it did not feel perfect. But it was still good and next time, I'll go with a 4 or 6 oz burger to keep the ratio towards moistness.
