This Hero Burger location is one of the best I've been to. The burgers and toppings are always fresh and well prepared. The burgers are never sloppy and always made with the appropriate amount of each topping. I've also tried the chicken burgers and chicken strips and again was very pleased.
The location has a clean seating area and the service is always really friendly and welcoming. I've never had an issue with this location and will continue to visit!

Food and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Been there a couple times in person recently and honestly was really impressed with the staffs communication and hard work. My orders have always been timely and accurate. Admittedly it is a little pricier than some of the more "fast food" burger joints in town, but I am willing to pay for the quality.

Great beef burgers prepared with care and fully customized.
However I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was dried up and didn't have the same care given as the beef burgers. Hopefully it was a one off.
Will update on other experiences for the spicy chicken if I decide to try again. Otherwise you can't go wrong with the beef burgers. Always prepared fresh and with care.

Came in on a weekend with my family and the food also customer service was excellent. The store was kept very clean. I would totally recommend the new plant-based menu if you are vegan or vegetarian as I am myself. I will definitely will be coming frequently to this hero burger in Milton.

The burger was quite good and so was everything else. It was filled with enough sauces but it still didn't hide the fact that the burger itself was a bit dry. And I had taken the signature 8 oz burger, so it did not feel perfect. But it was still good and next time, I'll go with a 4 or 6 oz burger to keep the ratio towards moistness.

We ordered 5 burgers on UberEats and it was the worst experience we have ever had. Every burger aaa incorrect even tho they were all labelled to match our order with specific instructions for toppings. Plus all the fries were undercooked. It was incredibly disappointing and we will not be ordering again… which is too bad as it was one of the only places we could order from that had actual gluten free options.

This place is very overpriced, unfortunately, though I highly doubt the ingredients would cost as much. The fries taste like regular McCain fries you would get from NoFrills, and the burgers are juicy, but it is confusing to know whether it is halal or not, and if you want it halal, you have to pay $1.00 extra. These past few years, I have been eating it without knowing that you have to ask for HALAL, other than that, they give you the regular patty which is NOT HALAL. Stay aware, but other then that, there are no issues.

I usually love hero burgers, I am not a big fan of this location. This is what they serve their customers. Specially when you order directly order through them things are different. I ordered through uber, quantity of poutine was literally 3/4 of what it should be.

Best halal burger place in town....went there to break our fast with a family of five. Three 4lbs Combos and two 6lbs Solo. It was nice and comfy. We were 20 min early before the dusk and requested to serve us exactly @ 9 pm. The attendant was nice to gave us freshly fried french fries and warm burgers to enjoy....greatly we did!

Thumbs up despite many issues. I'll start with the good... the burgers are fantastic. <br/><br/>Now the bad... the service is always terrible. Staff that are not knowledgeable, the slowest fast food ever, and rudeness on more than one occasion. The fries are terrible. The packaging that the fries come in is terrible - as with the burger wrapping. The prices are ludicrous. <br/><br/>All in all, I'm giving them a thumbs up for two reasons.<br/>1. Only place in town to get a hormone and antibiotic-free burger.<br/>2. Burgers are actually delicious.

HORRIBLE!!!. Went there for lunch today after swimming lessons for my son. <br/>Incompetent woman on cash who couldn't understand english. She screwed up the three orders before mine, then my wifes veggie, and my regular burger, came with none of the up sold items that I requested and paid for. <br/>Because they were focusing on fixing the orders ahead of mine, my order took 40+MINUTES!!!<br/>I will not return to this location and will never reccomend this establishment to anyone. <br/>SAVE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, AND MONEY!

Have eaten at this location many times (7+) and never been disappointed in either quality, taste or service. Burgers have always been fresh with accurate toppings and love them fries :). Based on my visits and experience I would recommend this joint for a quick burger fix!

Awful service! I waited for 40 minutes for my meal which was a basic burger and fries. I then asked how much longer and they then said 10-15 mins. I asked for my money back. They wasted my lunch break. Not impressed at all

Too Expensive. The burgers taste better than getting them many other fast food places. They have a great selection of items to add to your burger (although you have to pay extra for a lot of them). I like that they use a spring mix instead of iceberg lettuce. I also like that they serve sweet potato fries, although they are quite thin. <br/>I'm 50/50 about whether I 'like' this place or not, but am swaying more towards 'do not like' simply because I think it is very over-priced.

Terrible. Over priced , tasteless it was as though the burger was waiting all day for me to arrive, literally<br/>really, you are better off going to harveys for better quality<br/>and really dopey service...however, hard to judge a place only after one visit but it was too awful to return

Hero burgers are hands down THE best burgers in Milton. The do take a while to make one meal (about 5-8 mins) but it is well worth the wait when u get treated to a huge burger done just the way u like it. Thhe other thing I can complain about is the price . Burgers start at about $4 to start out meals go for about 8. Even the cost isn't that much of a worry because quality of the food is just that high you know it's worth the money ten out of ten in my books next time u want a burger (and don't mind paying a bit more for it ) try hero burger
