Miss Bailey Brown Chocolate

It's a lovely little place run by friendly staff and with a variety of delicious chocolate truffles, macarons, donuts and dessert. If you want to buy donuts, you need to order them ahead until the end of Wednesday of each week and you can pick your order up during the weekend or holidays. The donuts tasted really good, but by the time we got home, they were cold and weren't as good as hot. My favorite part of the store would be chocolate truffles and macarons. I can't get enough of them; they're so fresh and delicious; A must-try!

Recently did a wine pairing event with some friends and had an amazing time! Not only did I Learn a lot, but I got to eat a ton of delicious food and treats as well. What’s not to love? Will be going again for sure.

Edit: this has been resolved. I am reluctantly giving a 3 star review instead of the 5 star review that I want to give. This review is about my experience of something going wrong with my order and it not being resolved, not the wonderful chocolates. I bought 24 chocolates in store in the middle of December and the person I bought them for raved about them so much that I last minute bought 48 online for pick up on December 23rd. I called in a slight panic to make sure that this was OK with it being so close to Christmas. The owner (or whoever answered the call) assured me this was OK and was great on the phone. I picked up my order comprising of a box of 24 and 2 boxes of 12 with no issues. On Christmas Day, one of the boxes was missing 2 chocolates and instead of there being 12, there were 10. I emailed straight away and sent a photo and details of which chocolates were missing. The owner emailed me back on Boxing Day and apologized that they were missed. She asked if she could replace the box and I said that would be great. I thought that this was great service and was really pleased at her quick response. Since that Boxing Day email I have heard nothing. I have sent 2 emails asking for a follow up and details of what day the box may be ready on. So, to be clear on a few things here: the initial service and the chocolates are nothing short of fantastic. Staff are friendly, orders are done promptly and even my issue with the 2 missing chocs was dealt with speedily. Also to be clear: I did not ask for a replacement box, I just sent an email saying one of my Christmas presents had 2 chocs missing and it was little disappointing. I understand these things happen. It is human error, I am not annoyed in any way: just disappointed that the offer to resolve it was not followed up, So long as there are no order hiccups, this is the place to go to in Burlington for chocolates but if there are any issues....well.
