I grabbed about 6lbs of skinless boneless chicken thighs and made big batch of shawarma. Great big juicy thighs, perfect for this kind of thing. The ones at local grocery stores are smaller and would have been difficult to get on the skewer. Highly recommend, tell all your friends!
