Amazing customer service. Their meat is high quality and never disappoints. Also The Meat Terminal supports Ontario farmers which is important to me. Lastly The Meat Terminal sells the best local BBQs sauces and desserts.

I grabbed about 6lbs of skinless boneless chicken thighs and made big batch of shawarma. Great big juicy thighs, perfect for this kind of thing. The ones at local grocery stores are smaller and would have been difficult to get on the skewer. Highly recommend, tell all your friends!

Customer service was horrible. No one greeted me for a while and I was the only one in the shop. The woman who eventually helped me threw my meat in a bag, didn’t wrap it in paper or ask if I wanted it separated or anything. I’m new to Milton and this place had good reviews, really wanted this to be my new local butcher but I definitely will not give them my business again. How hard is it to be kind?

I was disappointed with my "dry aged" steaks
It didn't seem to have any characteristics of dry aged beef (deep flavour and soft texture)
Instead, it had a mild beef flavour and was a bit tough when cooked to a medium-rare

What a great shop! It's is owned by a lovely couple that'll just make you smile, and the quality of meat is superb. They also are the only ones I've seen in Milton who carry Everythang Sauce by Canokie Foods out of Hamilton. Canokie Foods is a company that was started to fund a program for people struggling with addictions. I'd recommend to go visit these lovely people, pick up some meat, and a bottle of Everythang Sauce.

I really like this place. The meats are fresh and high quality. The variety is great too - I can always find what I’m looking for. They have products that you can’t always find at the supermarket. They’re far better than the Superstore down the street. The service is great as well. The only downside is that unlike supermarkets, they don’t have sales. Their prices are the similar/same as regular prices at a supermarket.

I didn't know this place existed. Now I can get the best meat just 10 minutes away from home, instead of driving 40 minutes where I used to buy it before. Service is great, and they sure know what they are doing. Will not buy or go anywhere else. This is the best place.
