This place is awesome. Best Hakka restaurant in Markham! The owner is very nice and friendly, and the staff are always great. We usually get pick up or delivery, but occasionally we do dine in. There are also of vegan options, and they allow customization to make it vegan.

Great halal chinese food at a reasonable price. Everything was very tasty, not too spicy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food arrived fast and was hot. Ordered fried rice, pakora, and garlic spicy chicken. Overall, fine dining and experience.

I was craving somethings spicy, salty, and a bit saucy! And I know just the place - Hakka Legend Asian Cuisine. If you want to take a break from cooking, give Hakka Legend a try. Hakka Legend Asian Cuisine is located in a area between New Delhi Dr and Karachi Dr via Markham Road. It's a bit hidden, but once you find it, it's hard to get away from it. Hakka is a mix/fusion cuisine. The fusion is between Indian and Chinese. Since India and China border has a lot of mixed marriages, people and families, its just a matter of time when the 2 most awesome world cuisines merge and morph into something beautiful. However, the management need to note that the perception is a key aspect of a successful dining experience. Believe it or not, apart from taste, customers are dependent upon their sight to judge their food and whether it is worth spending their money for even before tasting it.

Stumble in this resturant around lunch hour on a Tuesday. Place was neat and not too crowded. We were greeted with a warm welcome once we went in the front door. Lots of selection between Chinese, Hakka and Thai food. Also a good variety of dishes from the lunch menu for 7.95. Lunch comes with either spring roll or sweet and sour soup (HOT HOT HOT). The two dishes (spicy beef and red curry chicken) were delicious and good portion size. Curry was a spicy and a little too salt but I still enjoyed it. We even had some leftover to bring home for snack. Will definitely go back and try other dishes.

Amazing chili chicken here. One of the best in the city, at a price that likely can't be beat. Recently the price went up but you can hardly blame them for the excellent value that they offered previously and still continue to offer. A good amount of seating as well as parking in this plaza. Service is fast and friendly. Splitting the bill is never an issue. Great little spot, probably my favourite for Hakka food in the city!

Wonderful for those with Celiac Disease! While not all the servers understand what gluten free and cross contamination means, the manager, owner and chefs know exactly how to cater for those with gluten allergies/Celiac Disease. Just ask them for help if your server is unsure! For things like gluten free chili chicken, it's best to call ahead at lunch time when they open so they'll defrost, and separately season white meat that's safe for Celiacs. Their fried rice is wonderful as well! Sometimes I even bring my own gluten free soy sauce for them to use if I want anything in particular. They're so friendly and helpful :)

Had the lunch special which costed us each $10 for a rice and meat option with a soup and drink on the side. The food came rather quickly and was so tempted to eat it I nearly burnt my tongue. It was really tasty and fresh, and with good service I would definitely go again!
