Was looking for some Chinese fastfood but authentic Chinese fast food and not something you would get in Eaton Centre.  I was impressed with this stall.  The noodles was home made and fresh.  There was an individual forming the dough of the noodles.  Everything was very affordable.  Should check it out if you are on a budget.

I love how they pull their own noodles here.

My friend and I shared the pan fried pork dumplings and #17 on menu.

The pan fried pork dumplings were really good. I also really enjoyed the flavour of the broth that came with the noodles. The only problem was the chicken. It was virtually tasteless unseasoned chicken by itself but once added to the broth it was a bit more flavourful.

Sun’s Kitchen is a small food court booth on the second floor of Pacific Mall and specializes in hand pulled noodles. The chef pulls each bowl to order and the loud banging of dough attracts many spectators. When I first started my search for hand pulled noodles in Toronto, Sun’s Kitchen was one of the only results. Many Chinese restaurants had them on their menu, but few were specialized noodle shops. I had high hopes of Sun’s Kitchen.

First visit. What a great deal. A show on how to make fresh noodles and a tasty meal. The noodles are definitely fresh and at a reasonable price. The food court could be bigger and better but I'm not here for ambiance, more for convenience. The freshness if the noodle dough permeates through the soup but in a flourly way. 75%

Fresh and delicious. I know everyone is caught up in this ramen craze in the downtown area, however, if you ever get a chance to head up to pacific mall, definitely check out this place for noodles. It is one of, if not THE, best noodle places found around the GTA. I've eaten at Kenzo and Kinton because I love noodles and they can never compare to that of Sun's Kitchen. Don't let the food court status fool you!!! The noodles are fresh (one could watch the noodles being made in front of them), and chewy (but not too gummy). One of my ultimate favourite's is the dan dan mein - good spiciness and peanut flavour. Go check it out!!!

Best noodles in the GTA!. I truly believe that these noodles are the best in the GTA. I live 2.5 hours away from this place and yet I would consider myself a regular. I have actually driven to the city for the weekend just to have the Dan Dan noodle soup and the flaky green onion pancake (both of which are made to order, with the noodles pulled by hand, in front of the watching crowd)!

This is THE go to noodle house. No place in Toronto has a chef in front smacking a batch on the counter like this. The result is silky smooth and springy noodles that always satisfies. For a first timer I recommend the classic beef brisket noodles (no. #1).

Best noodles in the city. If it wasn't for the thump, thump, thumping of hand-pulled noodles, or the seemingly endless lunchtime line, you could call this rather unassuming stall easy to miss. Of course, that would be a big mistake. At Sun's Kitchen you get a big, tasty bowl of noodles in soup (that will never seem to be enough) for a very affordable price. I don't know of any other noodle places in the city that take the care, and have the skill to make their own noodles by hand, and at Sun's Kitchen you can really taste the process in your bowl.

The sauces of the spareribs have of course been mixed into the soup, the meat pieces were absolute melt-in-your-mouth, they were cooked perfectly with not much effort to bite into the cartilage pieces.

Last weekend I had a craving for the noodles at Sun's Kitchen so we finally drove out to Pacific Mall to get my noodles. Although it is located in the food court, do not and I repeat DO NOT be fooled. This kitchen always has a constant flow of customers lining up and with good reason to. The food is delicious and cheap, You just can't go wrong here. You can't miss this place either. Just follow the loud thumping noises you will hear once you enter the vicinity. Also it's the busiest counter in the food court. Now the noise you hear is actually this guy who creates the fresh noodles by pulling and whipping it against the table. I tried to take a picture of him but he just moved too quickly for me. Pulled the noodle then whipped it a few times then threw it in the kitchen then came back out and repeated the process. I swear all within a few seconds. The same procedure over and over again. Noodle master hard at work where he takes his whipping seriously. Here is part of the menu. I can't

I haven't been here in a while, so one day we were in the area, we decided to get some pulled noodles. I got the beef brisket noodle soup and Mike got cha siu noodle soup.

I don't know if they changed owners, but the quality seemed to have gone down and it wasn't as tasty as I once remembered it to be. The prices have also gone up significantly.

At least they still have a guy demonstrating the art of whacking flour onto a table and turning it into long strands of noodle.
