Review Mandarin Restaurant - Markham

Throughout our visit our server, Lu Lui and the manager, Joe were attentive and polite. The food variety was great although the restock in select items took time as the restaurant was busy. We love this location and always come here because the staff are so welcoming and kind.

Not sure what the floor supervisor is doing or thinking. Prime dinner time when we arrived, the weekend of re-opening, most of the buffet was empty until he saw me taking photos and panicked, took 15 mins for them to start refilling. Never coming back to this location, not impressed with this quality of service

Oh we’ve missed Mandarin. This location does not disappoint. The food is fresh and delicious with tons of variety. Our server Lily did a great job! Lastly, the buffet is a great value ( it’s open Friday dinner, Saturday and Sunday)

This was our first ever visit to Mandarin Copper Creek Markham. We were little late to the restaurant and had half an hour to dine in. Yet the kind of exceptional services we received from Angel who delightfully served us and made sure we did not miss anything on the available menu. She was extremely courteous , polite and a thoroughly professional. Not only she took care of the meal she went extra mile to ensure we were well served, attended and seen off. I would like to give high 5 and Thumbs up for her amazing service and courtesy👍

My family has a long-standing tradition of going to the Mandarin, and our usual once-a-year pilgrimage is in January to celebrate birthdays. This year, we went for New Years Eve and I was wowed by how efficient the restaurant was among the holiday crowds. I thought at first that with the chaos, we would be kept waiting, even with a reservation, but everything ran smoothly and we were seated right on time.

The staff were attentive, they were quick to replenish the buffet, and the food is always consistently tasty with a lot of choices. It's great value for a large family, where everyone can pick and choose what suits their palate. For New Years, they do have a 1hr 45 min time limit, but that's plenty of time to enjoy a dinner out before the night's festivities.

Return visit. Nice clean restaurant and nit too crowded compared to other buffets. Rib eye was under cooked at the bone (near raw) seafood was over cooked. Still a tasty meal for the wide selection they had. Service was efficient at clearing table but it didn't has a friendly atmosphere. Likely best buffet in area. 65%

Been to several Mandarins in my lifetime, and this by far is the best Mandarin, perhaps coz it's one of the newest but the place is clean, the food is fresh and the service is friendly.

Not a big oriental food eater. Went here with a couple of people and they insisted on price to quantity consumption and that is what the recommendation would be. The quality is low and of course as oriental as the food is there is few things you can comfortably eat but with those you gotta eat ALOT to make it worth the cash. $20 is a heavy price to pay for this oriental stuff. Not my thing but for orinatl food lovers sure go ahead. everyone else, you better be prepeared to eat a lot of chicken, fish and roast beef and finish with ice cream.

Considering that this mandarin location just opened, the service was excellent; they continuously refilled our water & took our plates away as soon as we were finished. The food was good as well, except their lobster was not as good. It barely had any lobster meat in it and they stuffed most of it with potatoes. Other then that, it was a good dinner & I would go back.
