Bruce’s Country Market is located in scenic Maple Ridge, just off the Fraser River. It has a grocery store, fish market, smoke house, bakery and eatery. Bruce’s opened in 1948 and is still owned by the original family. They have an abundance of fresh seafood as well as salmon pinwheels and handmade crab cakes that look fabulous.
You get what you would expect given the name, they live up to it. Great product, good food, friendly atmosphere. Cindy sings!
Such a clean and well maintained store. Great selection of fish and seafood. Fabulous customer service and cashiers. Produce guys were very helpful especially the one they call "Trembles" Fabulous store!

If you are a salmon lover, you need to check this market out. They have been open since 1948 and offer a variety of services such as their amazing fresh deli, a bakery, on site smokehouse, fresh produce and a gift section where they feature local artisans at times. They also serve dinners from Thursdays to Sundays I believe for a ridiculously good price, for example, you can get a full chicken dinner with all the fixins, a beverage and dessert for about $12.
