An absolutely brilliant breakfast place. It's a cozy family business run by extremely friendly folks. You almost feel like you were visiting your friend, not a diner.
You can expect UK style breakfasts. They're very good and the food is plenty--you aren't leaving Chris's hungry.
There are a few lunch options too, but it is primarily a breakfast place, and they're served all day.
Some stuff may not be available, but they'll accommodate offering options depending on what they can do.
Everything is prepared fresh and in plain sight.
I really liked coffee. More than what we got in actual cafes nearby.
Prices are very affordable.
Chris's Kitchen has this feeling of a neighborhood place one would be visiting every now and then if they lived around. And when we visited there were some locals indeed.
It's a shame that there are so few such places left.
This was a recommendation from the neighbouring Ben Nevis Clothing and very welcome. A warm greeting followed by swift service to the 3 of us. I had the full English which was beautifully cooked and presented. It tasted great as they clearly use quality ingredients. This visit set is up for wander around the market. We will use for all visits to Camden. Thank you
Great breakfast and coffee, fast and cheap. Surprised this place wasn't more busy, guess most people are drawn to the corporate chains. Come support the mom and pop shop, this place is fantastic.
