Was sad to learn that this place will be demolished for a high rise as my first time going was today (July 7, 2023).
That being said the club sandwich was just the right combo of ingredients and the fries were great! The server was very kind and positive and the place has an older yet welcoming and bright feeling.
Prices were not outrageously inflated either.

Delicious breakfast and nice-sized portions. The coffee was good and the spice on the home fries was really good too. Server was funny and food came out quickly. Only complaint is the faucet in the washroom is very loose and it made it hard to control the water temperature.

I have been to most breakfast spots in London, but for years now, Family Circle is always the first spot that comes to mind and the place I always find myself when gathering for breakfast or a late lunch. The service is absolutely incredible and if that hasn’t been someone’s experience, I would question their energy when engaging with the staff - were you kind?
And by all members of the FC team! A big shout out to Chris for always being welcoming, kind, attentive and every time (no exaggeration) he ensures the food is delivered as ordered, hot and delicious! Christina for her light and energy and Michael for always checking in regardless if he’s serving me or not! Excellent helpers. I always appreciate the chats and visits made to the booth to say hello. Never any issues when adjusting your meal or menu items either which is great. While I do not see the chef - thank you too!
FC is clean and inviting. Seating is spacious and there is bathrooms on site. TONS of parking. The coffee is yummy and they are always around with a top up. If you want great service, a mom and pop meal with a comfy spot to relax, then FC is worth it. Their prices are very fair and with inflation, the service is worth the price and a tip - they deserve it. These types of places and this type of service can be considered gold, depending on how you view things! Just go, and if you did not have a good experience the first time, go back again.
First time there they were understaffed. The older lady was running rampant.
She was fantastic to do with 40 plus people at once.
Plus us.. So I do give her credit for that.
That's a little dark and dingy in there needs to be lightened up and cleaned.
French toast was great!
Had a scumcous breakfast on Saturday morning .... great atmosphere...food was perfect.. my eggs were perfect ... service was fast and she knew exactly what to put on our table without asking !! .....5 stars all around !! ...Loved that we were greeted by the host in a suit and tie !! ... made us feel special !!
Stopped in for a late breakfast at this Family restaurant. We were seating in a cozy booth at the end of a glass overhang.. it was very nice and cozy. The service was great!! The staff was very attentive and the food was served quickly and it was very good. highly recommend it.
Family Circle is an absolutely FANTASTIC breakfast/brunch spot.
The staff are extremely friendly & often remember us when we come in for a bite to eat. The coffee is good, and food even better. The atmosphere is very cosy as well!!!
I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by Family Circle for your next brunch trip. It is a quintessential London, ON restaurant.
Stopped at this place on the way to a hockey tournament. It is definitely a locals place in a grittier part of London. The breakfast was very good. We all raved about the home fries. The staff were awesome. It isn't fine dining but great food and a fair price.
A wonderful truly FAMILY oriented and owned restaurant. Impeccable attention and kind service. The presence of the owner, a caring, friendly, and professional executive, provides a great atmosphere and many opportunities for pleasant conversation. Truly exceptional experience!!
Had a wonderful breakfast of 2 eggs, sausage and home fries with toast. Service was fast and friendly and the food was awesome. Definitely will be back.
