My son and his wife asked me to try out Sally's Roti shop in Kingston as an early bd treat. Just walking in the door and smelling the food was inviting.
Had the best lamb curry roti, so much flavour and the lamb very tender with perfect potatoes and spices. Also had a double and we ordered more dal pouri roti skins to take home.
Had the other half of my lamb curry today, generous portions.
Enjoyed the food, the staff I spoke to and will be back!
Drove from Ottawa specifically for this today as traditional Trinidadian food is nowhere to be found near home and it's my all time fav. We all loved our rotis, doubles and phulorie and bought some extra skins to take home! Definitely worth the trip and will be a regular stop for us when we regularly visit Kingston! Awesome place and very friendly staff!
This is quite a good Caribbean place. Walked by it the other day, and decided to try it. I had the lamb curry roti and it was refreshingly good. It's cheap and if you want something different to try in Kingston, I would recommend this place.
The place isn't much, there are only a couple of seats, but I would definitely go back to grab a quick bite.
Sally’s is one of my favourite restaurants not only in Kingston, but of all time! Sally and Bobby are so kind and friendly. Their food is truly delicious, consistent, and comforting. I have been to this place literally 100 times or more and have always enjoyed the food. Also they have great vegan options! Thank you for your food and hospitality :)
What a great place! Owners are so sweet and friendly, their smile and welcoming conversation will make you feel at home! And the food is undoubtedly the best! Jerk chicken is always prepared fresh, and double is so good that I keep coming back to eat more.
We stopped in here for lunch today. The food was amazing. We had lamb roti, and goat curry. Both were amazing. The best part was the owners. They were super nice and welcoming. Thank you sally and bobby, we will be back to support your business. People like you make the world a better place.
Easily one of the best restaurants in Kingston! Extremely delicious and flavourful food. Love the curry chicken and roti. Lots of options to choose from. Doubles are an absolute must. High quality food and great prices. Food is always consistently amazing. Highly recommend this spot!
Absolutely great, hard to find a good Carribean place compared to Toronto but this one is as close as it gets. Freshness, spice as you like, and a top curry spot. Tried the goat, chicken , and doubles which were just about to be sold out!

Easily my favourite takeout place in town. Absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and SUPER friendly service. Surprisingly quick too. I recommend the goat roti, and my partner loves the eggplant & spinach plate. And we can't go without the spicy Doubles & Phulorie. 10/10, 100% the BEST!
My FAVOURITE restaurant on planet Earth. The most delicious food (particularly squash roti and doubles), extremely friendly staff, fast service and reasonable prices. Worth going to multiple days a week, or stopping in Kingston just to eat here. Cannot speak highly enough about Sally's Roti.
Yesterday was our first time visiting. The couple who own the restaurant are absolutely delightful! Super kind and generous. This food is made with love! The food was wonderful. Portions were huge! Can’t wait to visit again!
