This is very likely one if the best managed McDonalds worldwide. I have has exemplary customer service and witnessed absolutely remarkable teamwork and professionalism from 2 out of 3 managers (that I know of) at this location ... however I sadly am unable to say anything positive whatsoever about him unfortunately I can't remember his name (Charles or Trent or something idk). He actually lied to me about missing things in my order as well as lead his teammember to back him up with a firey look and angry stare. It was sad to see how the employee was afraid of him and went along with his story. Anyway the service attitude and atmosphere at this location is commendable to such a level that I believe ANY team leader manager or coach would find it difficult to not learn something positive just by watching these guys work Great Job Keep up the good work guys

Went through drive through. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Even with it being super busy, most importantly the food was on par and tasty

Manager is amazing, had two burgers messed up through doordash that they wouldn't refund, manager made me two new burgers at no charge, amazing customer service

Actually the best mcdonalds. Always fresh hot food. Chicken nuggets that'll burn ya they so fresh (which is a good thing). Dripping with flavor double cheese burgers plain are the best.

It was good, it was McDonald's, it wasn't a steakhouse, but it was clean and the food was 'fresh and tasty', for fast food. We've all seen rundown grimy fast food dives. This was not.

Service was less than slow and the restaraunt was filthy. Food always tastes like regret after the first bite.

Lunch rush was no worry, always a fan of the self order machines. Took a bit for food as expected (40 nugs, L fries and a drink. I don't have a D's where I live.) Staff was not using the order panel for customers, instead relied on verbally calling out orders. Which during rush some orders didn't get heard. All together great place

The best McDonald's in Kelowna. They have a quiet location, non-locked washrooms, and nice people with friendly table services.
