This is the greatest Mcdonalds in all of Kelowna, maybe in the Okanagan. Every other Mcdonalds we went to had at least 1 thing not going the way we wanted to every time... this one on the other hand, always delivers. Fries are aways salty and hot (delish), breakfasts are fresh and come out pretty quickly, burgers are always delicious and never squashed, drinks and desserts are epic. The staff in here are absolute rockstars, they go above and beyond. Sahil, Alisha, Param (dont know any other names), everyone. If you go here you might think there is nothing out of the ordinary because you just get exactly what you want in a timely manner which is what you are expecting but if you visit other Mcdonalds you will soon realize this one has everything running in tip top shape. Hats off to the staff, thank you for your competence
The staff here really cares about their customers and their satisfaction if something isn’t right, they also work extremely hard, as someone who comes in pretty much every day for an iced coffee, extra cream and no liquid cane, if it happens to be busy and they make a mistake…there’s no attitude, they’re so nice. As someone who’s worked in the customer service/food industry (starbucks) in the past, I know good customer service when I see it! Absolutely lovely people who work immensely hard in a difficult customer service job.
PS: the new hire, Adam, works his butt off!! an absolute all-star, he’s always running around doing his job super efficiently. He’s definitely become my favourite very quickly :) Great job Adam!
EDIT: Adam actually has been working at Mcdonald’s for a year! No wonder he’s so good at his job!
For McDonald's, this is our favorite location. The day manager (Indian fellow. Cant remember his name) is superb at his job and delivers the best service. Food is always good for McDonald's quality and if they miss something, they are quick to fix it.
I like this McDonalds, Infact I burnt my mouth on my first nugget here and I was more than pleased! However i watched a customer ask the worker to put her hair net on and she gave nothing but attitude, she said it was bugging her and he said "well it's not for you it's for your customers" she rolled her eyes and didn't put it on. Perfect order. Possibly the best Macdonald's fries ever.
Always fast service. Forgot some items in my order a few times. Highly recommend checking your order before driving off. The manager was great and offered me my items next time I was there. So they made it up at least. Other than that this location is a great.
Friendly staff, pretty consistent food (good).
Going through the drive through and then trying to get on any road that turns south is quite challenging. Props to the people who let you turn around, the parking lot just kinda sucks.

The POS system (the touchscreen order windows, and perhaps the computers at the cash too?) was down yesterday, and the McDonald’s was crazy busy for 2 in the afternoon too... especially for such a small location. Ros -and all of his team members working, though they didn’t have name tags/I didn’t catch them- continued to be incredibly polite, honest, and upbeat throughout the entire situation. They kept things running smoothly and efficiently, and kept open communications with each other and customers.
I wouldn’t have blamed anyone for being outwardly stressed in this type of situation at all, but they really did keep a smile on their face through the entire process. They didn’t drag on when they realized they likely wouldn’t get it up and running again for another 2 hours at best; they took the situation at face value and found a way to accommodate it... and the service was still very, very fast. McDonald’s employees don’t always get the kudos they deserve, especially when they do something really well, so I figured they deserved some recognition!!! Well done! 🤗
