Location is in a nice area, Ever since they got new staffs and manager, the speed and quality of their food has gone up. Inside is nice but lacks seating area. I ordered a 10pc timbits here once , specifically asked for a variety of flavours and all they put in was birthday cake flavors ones. When there's clearly more options. It was not my birthday that day either.
Service here has always been good. They actually give you what you asked for. They genuinely try to do tbeir job properly and not like the others.
Drive thru experience: There are no line ups when I arrive here, if any, very minimal and quick. Easy and clear to hear staff over the speaker (could be tough with loud traffic), and repeat orders after to confirm. The drinks and food are accurate. Mostly, I order coffees, bakery goods and sometimes breakfast. The staff are polite and friendly! I go out of my way to this Timmy's as it always a quick run and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend! Enjoy!

This is pretty much the only good Tim's left in Kelowna. So it's nice to have good service from a Tim's. This is now basically the only Tim's I will actually go to now

Excellent job today with breakfast I got a french vanilla and Homestyle biscuit with sausage and egg and cheese it was perfect/ hot food 100%
Size are still smaller than most other places like this, prices are ok but still high for the 'quality'. The staff is nice and helpful though.
