Service and quality is pretty decent the drive through is well laid out but there's always homeless people near the speaker where you order and the stop sign after the pickup window is always covered with trash around it
Honestly, best tim hortons for drinks. Ordered the kids' creamy chills, and they put sprinkles on top of the whipped topping. No other tim hortons has done that so far, and kids always love sprinkles. Wish other locations would take an example from this place. Will definitely keep this location as my Kelowna go to timmies.
Very good place to get breakfast my girlfriend wasn't happy I left the group to get breakfast here but I really enjoyed the breakfast and no one complained to me
Waited in a long line . Lady comes out to help ? She asked what we need and then says we have to wait for the man that's already working his but off to serve us ... Wow, good manager, NOT... great staff, ABSOLUTELY 💯. Give the guy with1 arm a huge raise. Thank you for the superb service with a smile 😃

Good quick drive through. Orders were ok.
Great quick service. To the point to make sure you get in and out quickly. However, you need you 7 Eleven staff to get the bathroom key. Also all tables had garbage on them (cups mainly). To be honest in all fairness they looked like they had a rush that just left and haven't had time to remove them. Overall I had a pretty good experience. I have to say hands down one of the better Tim Hortons experiences I have had yet.

This Tim Hortons I am now rating 4 stars. About 9 months ago, I gave it 1 star, but I have noticed a lot of positive changes. They have recently hired new staff members that are happy and positive and this has made an incredible difference in the atmosphere in the restaurant. The food stuffs appear to be well stocked as they are not constantly running out of popular items. I would also like to mention the staff is making your order now the way they are supposed to. Instead of just throwing your sandwich together, often leaving out items and the final product being messy and unappetizing, now your sandwich comes to you, appealing and looking great! The atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and the food quality have all improved immensely, making this Tim's truly a delight to go to.
