"Can l get 4 ketchups." - I've trained the drive-thru staff that if I order this, I'll get a sausage & egg on a muffin, large black coffee, hashbrown, and 4 ketchup packets. Consistency is what I like, and A&W never falters. 6/5 for service at the Mission location in Kelowna.

Pretty quiet for the time that I visited, burgers are well made and ice cold glasses are available. Self serve soft drinks are available, with a good setting of gas, so no overflowing of drinks.

Decent, but never get the chubby chicken burger fresh. They will make you wait for it, then give it to you half frozen. This has happened to me over four times, but I've never had a problem with any other menu item.
They have all day breakfast which I think is pretty delicious. Food tastes great! They have dog treats in drive through, which the dog likes too. Everyone wins!
Hands down best A&W Ive ever been to. The staff are on point and the food comes out perfect every time, thats hard to find in the fast food industry.

We do the breakfast at A&Ws across western Canada, especially when we're traveling, and we love it. Same quality as a sit down restaurant at a less of a cost and less time. The staff is always nice and usually brings the plates out to you which gives it an extra special touch that steps it away from
Ordered food but forgot to add bacon and cheese but they where very nice and added it on. Very nice and very delicious recommend this place
