I had a fantastic experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory! The service was excellent, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pasta was delicious, but unfortunately, the ribs sauce didn't quite hit the mark for me. Despite that, I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another delightful dining experience.
Manager was very friendly - some of the best customer service we've experienced, despite the restaurant being at peak occupancy, very busy.
The food was of perfect size and tasted excellent. It was fulfilling.

Thank you, Kira, for taking our orders and to make sure everything was good. Even the other servers were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our dinner. Busy night since it was Canada long weekend.. we made a reservation 2 hours before for the 3 of us and we got in around 7:50pm. The food was great, service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. A perfect restaurant to go to!
First time being in town and I would suggest this place to everyone, from outside looks dead but when you walk in you realise every table is taken, food is really good and affordable, with every bite I was like wow this feels like comfort food it was so good, I would perhaps next time substitute my green salads to a onion soup, service was amazing my server was always so happy and went above and beyond all the time, she made sure everyone was taken care of and made sure everything g was right and good when we got it. Breanna is incredible she deserves the reconization she definitely one of the best servers I have seen around the world. I travel and eat out at many restaurants around the world and by far her experience is one of the best.
We had a great experience there today from the moment we entered. Olivia helped get us on the waitlist, managed multiple groups of people arriving during the busy evening rush and maintained a professional and positive attitude the entire time.
We had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey who was fabulous and took great care of us at our booth while also managing the busy demands of the bar.
Another highlight was our family being able to use both the washrooms and having step stools provided for children a nice touch that I’m glad someone thought of.
We will be back again after such a positive experience.
Very busy restaurant for a reason. Food is reasonably priced and portion is decently sized. Our server was alright. We need to ask for included sides. She rather clean the bar and stock the cups than bring the card machine to let me pay.
Great price and portion. It comes with a choice of salad/soup and garlic bread. I will definitely will back here again when I’m in Kelowna. My kids love their spaghetti and meatball that comes in the kids meal and can’t forget their delicious spumoni ice cream. The adults enjoyed their pasta dishes. It was quite big portion so we even had left overs. Don’t forget to order their clam chowder soup it was very tasty.
First time to go to Old Spaghetti Factory and it was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary bread, she gave us another one😄 i had the tortellini pomodoro, i really enjoyed it. The meal comes with ice cream too! Prices are good for the meals. 👍
Food was amazing. Service was great. Would definitely call to book a reservation as it is pretty busy there.
The service was excellent. The food is sometimes inconsistent depending on what you order. Overall though it a nice quiet atmosphere perfect to go out to have a quick bite.
