Phenomenal ice cream and service! Seriously doesn’t get any better than this, I highly recommend the caramel apple cheesecake. All kinds of yum at this place!
This homemade ice cream made with locally sourced ingredients is amazing! I highly recommend it. I tried the coffee and and also the chocolate. I'm still thinking about it! Also sampled the salted caramel which was very good! You won't be disappointed! Great service and friendly staff.
I loved their selection of ice cream with their home-made waffle cones! You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t check out this place when in Kelowna.
There are usually lines but I think it’s well worth the wait.
The flavours seem to change seasonally but I had the chance to try Blueberry Lemon, Lavender, Cookie Monster, and Earl Grey. My favourite by far was the Blueberry Lemon because it had frozen blueberries embedded in the lemon ice cream.

Really generous servings and waffle cone was really delicious, kind of chewy and crispy at the same time. The ice cream almost has a gelato texture. We ordered the blueberry cheesecake and the whiskey hazelnut and they were both amazing!
If you are an ice cream lover or dessert or whoever/whatever you are, then put this place on your bucket list. The ice cream was delicious! They have so many options for ice cream - My favorite is the cotton candy!
Parlour is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The advantage of handcrafted ice cream made with local ingredients is unmistakable (and what a double whammy when it comes to supporting local!). With every visit I am shocked by the creamy, smooth texture and rich flavors (not overwhelmingly sweet - they leave the sweetness to the staff, who are all lovely). Parlour has created adult-appreciated quality in reminiscent flavours like Cookie Monster and birthday cake, as well as modern experiences like pistachio, lavender, and whiskey hazelnut. Instead of the usual sorbet for us lactose intolerant and vegan folk, they have coconut & cashew ice cream! And don’t miss the house-made waffle cones, which taste as good as they smell! The portions are very generous, and its location encourages sitting to enjoy the lake view while you indulge!
So skip desert, and stop at parlour when you’re downtown for dinner next! It’s a favorite among my whole family.
One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. So rich in flavour. We tried pistachio and raspberry cream cheese in a Waffle cone & waffle cup. If you’re in Kelowna - do visit. Nice view as well.
We had the most amazing customer service from the team at this ice cream place, followed by very generous portions of the most amazing ice cream!
My wife has an (unusual) allergy to corn and the gentleman making the waffle cones went out of his way to check which flavours she could safely eat.
The two scoops were extremely generous.

I visited this summer during a busy Bernard street market event and was very impressed with both the icecream and the service. It was busy, but the line moved fast and the ice cream was great. I got a vegan option in a waffle cone and multiple staff double checked I was ok with the cone not being vegan and were very friendly even in a rush.
