I have been to the Olive Bistro a few times and choose them for my small wedding dinner this weekend. Let me tell you, 10/10- from start to finish. from communication with the owner/staff, atmosphere and FOOD, everything was perfect. Great location for a bite if you are passing through town, or as a venue for a special day- Darryl will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.
Loved our dinner here. Always nice when you can tell owners really care about the details..beautiful flower displays on a heated patio with mountain views, great wine menu and food, tasteful decor. You know it's a good spot when many of the patrons are locals. Highly recommend!
The service here is very good! Everyone is very kind and attentive. I have been many times, never disappointed. The food is fantastic and drinks are very good with some unique choices. I would strongly recommend to anyone going to Jasper it is my favourite restaurant! The tagliatelle is so good!
My husband and I had such a great experience at Olive Bistro! We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday and they treated us like gold - best table, best server (Frank was awesome!), best food (the fried cheese was delicious)! I am hugely grateful for the owners, Steph and Darryl, for setting up such a wonderful experience for us. Looking forward to returning when we are back in Jasper!!
Love the Olive! My favourite place to go in Jasper, the food is incredible and the service is always great! The owners have created such an amazing atmosphere, it’s the perfect little getaway. The scallops are delicious, and the menu always has new creative vegetarian options, It is a must-eat for me every time I visit Jasper!
