I just want to say a big thank you to the manager for this evenings service. I had ordered the steak/rib special and while the ribs were delicious my steak was "off". When I mentioned it to the manager he offered to prepare a replacement steak, which I accepted and asked if he could package it to go as my table mates had all finished their meals and were in the process of settling up their tabs and getting ready to leave.
When I got home I opened the package to discover not only did I have a replacement steak, but an entire replacement meal - which I certainly was not expecting, and the replacement steak tasted fantastic.
Thank you so much - you have restored my faith in the "service" industry by giving outstanding service. Much appreciated <3

Went there for a late night dinner yesterday with my bf. I have celiac disease and waiter was knowledgeable of the disease and insured my food contained no gluten ! Good was great

Great Food with lots of variety in their menu. The food was well seasoned and cooked perfectly with good portions. Will be back I would recommend eating at Baton Rouge Hull.
