I just want to say a big thank you to the manager for this evenings service. I had ordered the steak/rib special and while the ribs were delicious my steak was "off". When I mentioned it to the manager he offered to prepare a replacement steak, which I accepted and asked if he could package it to go as my table mates had all finished their meals and were in the process of settling up their tabs and getting ready to leave.
When I got home I opened the package to discover not only did I have a replacement steak, but an entire replacement meal - which I certainly was not expecting, and the replacement steak tasted fantastic.
Thank you so much - you have restored my faith in the "service" industry by giving outstanding service. Much appreciated <3
Went there for a late night dinner yesterday with my bf. I have celiac disease and waiter was knowledgeable of the disease and insured my food contained no gluten ! Good was great
Great Food with lots of variety in their menu. The food was well seasoned and cooked perfectly with good portions. Will be back I would recommend eating at Baton Rouge Hull.
Great food but the service was absolutely amazing. Our server Rémi was exceptional. He was funny, entertaining, and extremely nice. Rémi was definitely the best server I've ever had at Baton Rouge!

Super gentil, il m'a même apporté un gâteau de fête ! Mon expérience était parfaite, j'y retournerais n'importe quand, surtout que les assiettes sont tellement grosses ! this is by far the best bâton rouge in the area. the service is fast and great and the food was amazing. you can tell the chefs are experienced. highly recommended
Great place for fine dining and a relaxing evening, perfect appetizers, excellent services. Main courses have room to improve.
We stayed one night in Ottawa, was trying to have dinner in the casino but they're in strike. So quickly search around and find this place. Actually above our expectations. The atmosphere is enjoyable. Ordered the chicken salad and tempura shrimp as appetizers, looks great and tasty. The BBQ short ribs are tender, should have more meat on it though. Cutting of the striploin is not perfect, large piece of tendons still in there, not as tender as well aged.
Overall this place is great and recommended. Just parking right behind the building, the sign says parking space for the nearby mall, and the sign just in french only.
Good consistent place to order from. Interesting family options on the menu. Delivery is never as good as eating on the spot. Fries do not travel well but the overall meal is satisfying. The Louisiana Chicken Salad remains a favorite of mine.
Wonderful experience, as usual. Salad was amazing, fresh Parmesian cheese and bacon. The bevette was outstanding, cooked to perfection, presented beautifully with fresh garlic and lettuce.. our waitress, Stephanie, was superb. Thank you for this amazing experience.

there seems to be a trend recently where family dine-in and quaint bar-restaurant chains pretend to be higher class establishments to be able to price their foods on the higher end (obviously with very little upscale in quality). you can see this happen with st-hubert and, of course, also baton-rouge.
I went for a family outing and was slightly disappointed on the food side of things. I ordered the Gnocchi au Halloumi, and I quite enjoyed it, though the zucchini was pretty undercooked and an over-seared halloumi cheese.
one of my close friends who ordered the chicken tenders showed us her plate of barely any chicken and completely unseasoned batter. they were quite lucky that their fries were decent.
for the price, I don't think I would go again. Their menu seemed very limiting, and contained only had two options of pasta dishes (one including seafood, so if you're allergic, just forget it).
the service was very nice and they moved very quickly, I haven't even noticed the times they filled up our glasses. very kind waitresses who seemed happy to serve us.
lights were quite harsh and hung right atop of us, making taking pictures unnecessarily difficult and awkward. quite annoying, especially considering it was someone's birthday, and we wanted to keep those memories.
Very good place. The food here is delicious. Quite expensive tho. Our server made a mistake in the order, but they themselves went and fixed it and we didn’t get charges, so no complaint. The atmosphere is great, especially if you come at 4:00 (16:00) when the dinner rush hasn’t started yet. Don’t recommend this place if your on a budget. But overall I will be coming back for sure.
Slightly higher prices than other chain restaurants but VERY generous portions! My lunch came with two chicken breasts and was pretty good!

Amazing ribs as always, best in the business.. friend had the prime rib and it was also juicy and tasty. Exceptional service and quality food is always what you get when you go to this location. Kudos to the staff and highly recommend

Great service from this location. Parking can be tough though since it’s in the mall and the entrance to the restaurant is at street-side. Overall our server was very polite and helpful and our food came out quickly and correctly. Lots of space for customers but I can see it being packed on a weekend.
We did takeout on our anniversary and were delighted. Ordered the prime rib and octopus, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to next time!
Our server, Camille, was excellent. She made our experience very pleasant. My filet mignon was a bit undercooked and she took it back to the kitchen. It was perfect when it came back. I feel uncomfortable sending food back but she made it no stressful. I found the pepper sauce too peppery and the red skin mash could have had some flavour. Overall, the food was hot and good sized portions. I would recommend this location.

Came for my anniversary with my fiancé. We were very happy! Service was great, and the food was amazing. The only thing is the price was definitely on the higher side!
It was the first time we had been to this location of Baton Rouge. The service was incredible, I had the best poutine I’ve had anywhere, but the calamary was terrible. In the picture it shows it being like onion rings, but it was clumps and it was 99% better.
Incredible service. Entire staff did an outstanding job. We were here from Woodbridge Ontario for a soccer tournament and the manager was able to accommodate our large group last minute.

Caro, our server was fabulous. The food was beyond delicious, the atmosphere was hopping. My sister turned 50 2weeks ago and we we're celebrating before heading out to a concert. Caro arrives with a little candle lite cake for her. Impressed and beyond.
