Randomly visited this place and tried Coop’d Up Chicken and Nashville Chicken Benny. Both the dishes were super delicious. One issue I noticed is there is no sides included for the price point. Everything is add on. Spot on service as well. Would highly recommend.
Back again this is our go to place every Sunday for brunch, this is the go to place for great chicken!
Had a great time @the Coop. The food was excellent and staff very friendly. I would like to give props to the management @Coop Hamilton especially Jeff, thanks for reaching out. That's big in my books, I highly recommend a visit at the Coop where they actually put their customers first.
A buddy took me and had me a damn good chicken sammich!!! He got Dirty Bird Tacos that looked good also with some Mac Mac cheese bites. Great vibe and the service was awesome!!! I can't wait to take someone there for a great meal.
The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is super good. My new favorite fried chicken joint. Highly recommend because the atmosphere is super nice too with kind waitresses
5 stars for flavour. That bourbon maple syrup is just out of this world. The egg was really underdone. I wish I had known as I'm pregnant and can't eat raw eggs. It was so raw that the egg whites were still boogery. I just scooped it off for my dog to eat. We did pick up as we live 8 minutes away. Pick up time was 7:30 and we were a few minutes early. When we got home and unpacked out food, everything was cold and the waffle was a bit soggy. So I think it was made early and was sitting for a while. Still, I would order from here again, the chicken was crunchy, peppery and very delicious.
Update: After being reached out to and giving it a second chance, I believe Coop redeemed itself. This food is for heat lovers as you will be feeling it the next day. Poutine was spicy and the Nashville has great flavor. The Ghost pepper wrap was dense. I will be adding Coop to the Chicken Sandwich Tour.
March 31 2021: Overall it was okay. 3.5 stars. The chicken per bun ratio was definitely small. The Nashville had an extremely good flavor. The Korean was interesting and the tacos felt hit or miss. They really pounded out the chicken thin. Do NOT get the dip however as the size you receive for $12 is an absolute joke.
We had a great experience with a variety ordered at our table. The vibe is cool with many 90s and early 2000s graphics on the wall. I came for the eggs benedict and fried chicken on a waffle and I loved it. Prices are so reasonable and service is top notch.
This is hands down the BEST chicken I have had for take out! Not only were the chicken tenders not greasy, they were large pieces, the slaw is amazing, and the waffle fries - YUM! I really loved the handwritten note on the bag. It just made my work trip that much better :) I just placed an order for the chicken sandwich for tonight's dinner. Thank you!
