I've never had an issue with the people who run the place, they all seem pretty nice to be honest. That's beside the point, though.
The pizza from here is, without question, consistently the best pizza in Hamilton. I used to eat it all the time before I moved. Got the same order each time. Went back a week ago after maybe a year or two of getting just-okay pizza from places closer to where I live now. I just got a plain cheese pizza, but as I was eating it I was reminded how much I love it and how much better it is than where I usually go.
Stopped in tonight because I was in the neighbourhood and got my old order...even better than I remember it. Figured I'd drop a review because I also heard two other people inside comment "this is the best pizza in Hamilton" and they're absolutely right. I can't think of enough great things to say about the pizza from Original's.
Great Pizza, excellent spices, great crust, never too greasy.

Loved their version of shawarma pizza. It was absolutely delicious! During our few weeks in Hamilton, we ate from this place at least three times. It was always take away, not sure whether they have seating as my family picked up the pizzas. However, they are very reasonably priced and their portions are huge as well.
Whenever we're back in Hamilton next, we are sure to eat from here again. Definitely recommended!

Just had to try this place. We drove 56km today to test it out. Pizza was fresh & hot! And DELICIOUS. Wish we lived closer. Friendly suggestion, if you’re going, call ahead to place your order. These are all freshly made and take approximately 15/20 minutes. We didn’t mind waiting. It was a beautiful day. We’ll be back.
I live in Grimsby and go to Original for my Pizza. They have the tiny pepperonis that they have in NY state. They call them "Roni Cups" and there is a small surcharge for them, but the price is very reasonable and totally worth it. I get it once a week. 2 large and 25 wings with the surcharge is still very very reasonable!!! They aren't skimpy with the toppings as well. Very pleasant staff. Love this place! Get NY style pepperoni in Hamilton! This is extra cheese double Roni cups... The picture says it all!!?
1 st time trying this place and definitely not the last. Ordered 2 Detroit style pizzas , one shawarma and one Canadian. Both were awesome and very filling. Great family run business with friendly customer service. Can’t wait to try more stuff on their menu. The Detroit pizzas and notorious slices are on their Facebook page if you’re interested.
Great pizza, wings were made just the way I like it! Only gave 4 stars because they don’t have fries here!! Definitely will order from here again.
Let me tell you about this pie. Our go-to order is a shawarma and cheese and it is heavenly. I think what makes Original Pizza stand out from the rest is the quality cheese. You can taste the difference and I can't beleive that anyone would order pizza from anywhere else.
There is a Domino's near this location that we used to order from but we quickly learned the error of our ways. We only ever order from Original Pizza and from Alfredos on fennel now. Original Pizza doesn't over do it on the tomato sauce (and so this pizza never gives me heartburn) and instead they give you quality cheese and toppings and that is what makes them our favourite.
