Wow tried their Pasta tonight, and loved it! The hungry Carnivore dish was amazing and filling, served with garlic bread and cheese. Also got the Boston Sized Burger and fries! So juicy and filling, the fries were crispy and golden! Gravy was good too! Definitely at the top of my list for another order in the new future!

Menu said free refills but they charged regardless. When asked why, management said that the menu is worded weirdly and its actually "free refills to a certain point excluding quenchers" I only had one refill of the quencher. Here's the menu and there was no fine print or weird wording. Update: Changing 1 star to 5 star because management was quick to respond to issue, gave an apology and said will implement better training for the staff.

Food and drinks were great! Customer service was even better! We wanted to play pool but didn’t have any cash and the ATM was down. Our lovely server gave us two loonies from her tips so that we could play. Faith in humanity restored!

Went to Boston pizza for my nephew's 4th Birthday. I have not been to one in a few years, and after this experience I can say that they have upped there game quite a bit. I had the 4 cheese dip, buffalo cauliflower, and BBQ chicken pizza. All of which were amazing! I will definitely come back in the future. Waiting staff was also great and attentive.

I'm usually not big on chain restaurants but this one was convenient during a recent day trip to Hamilton. Service and food were good. Portions on the main were a bit small but very tasty. However the Irish coffee was tasteless and bland.

We got into the restaurant around 515pm. You could tell that the rush was just about to start. Despite many people starting to walk in and the place filling up, our server was great, took our orders quick, food came out in good time. Everything was enjoyable.
