Subway

I wouldn’t usually write reviews for fast food chains, however this time I noticed that this subway was higher quality than most. First, they didn’t skimp on the meat (added an extra slice than what some other subways provide), all ingredients were fresh, and the staff were very friendly

Excellent customer service! Super clean, i know every subway is same, but some how they get it right everytime we visit there. I drive here all the way for sub even when we have subway right next door. Will be back soon

Not all Subways are created equal. Fairly new to the city, we have been searching for a store that could match the service and quality we swore by at the only Subway we'd eat from where we used to live. This one seems to have ticked the boxes. There are many stores closer to where we live, but we will now drive further to continue buying from these guys. First of all, one of the previous Google reviews indicated that the staff/owner greeted you when you walked in. That was all I needed to see to know to give this store a try. It isn't that I feel that is a requirement. It isn't. In fact, I would never expect that. However, it is a very simple and nice touch, and if they go out of their way to ensure they acknowledge you when you walk in, it is a sign of their overall approach to customer service. True to the review, having never set foot in there before, I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I - and the rest of the waiting customers - were apologized to for having to wait a little as he was preparing a delivery order. Again, just a nice touch to further feel acknowledged and appreciated. He was extremely attentive and made both subs I requested exactly to order without any issues. It is a peeve of mine when staff start grabbing items you haven't asked for, or suggesting toppings you didn't request. Too often, when I order my sub (a very simple veggie sub with everything except olives and onions), the staff will continue asking for my approval of individual toppings which I can appreciate some people may like, but is another peeve of mine. He just heard what I said, made the sandwich, and confirmed if everything looked good. Perfect! For my wife's sub, who is !very particular!, when I asked for half the amount of meat, just a little amount of lettuce, a zig zag mayo pattern, and a thin mustard line, he obliged with no trouble at all. The store was very clean, and as for the food? Well... as you can expect, people who give such attention to service will clearly not allow for poor standard of food quality. Everything looked fresh, smelled fresh, tasted fresh. The bread was soft, which is so important. Again, my wife is quite particular with high expectations for everything including fast food, was close to writing off Subway in this city, but she was 100% satisfied. Thank you! See you again soon!

Best Subway ever! I always come to this one as it is near my house. The owner and his wife are so nice and great workers. Always greet everyone as soon as they come in. Also especially good at understanding what is 'a little bit' versus 'a tiny bit' etc, very neat and proper sandwich assembly. Facility is clean and service is fast and friendly. Thank you !!
