Coming home :) When it was Slainte came here for business lunches frequent. When I walked in the door was surreal. Downstairs they added bathroom and ground floor is an upscale restaurant. Food excellent. Will keep going. This place has SO many stories. My guess we had lunch 1,500 Times here. A lot. 3x per week for 10 years. Second floor has pub theme. Well renovated. Menu not Irish pub but I’ll adapt :))))

Beautiful space with exposed brick and probably the best calamari I have ever had! Friendly fast service and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

It was very quiet when we went there. We were the only customers at the time. The menu and service are fantastic. We tried to return there last Friday but the place was locked and there was a padlock in front of the entrance. I found this odd on a Friday night as there website shows they are opened. There was no signage to indicate a reason they were closed. I very much enjoy this spot and have for decades as it’s made it way Into this current restaurant from the other restaurants that came before it. There’s a long history in this building.

Originally decorated revealing the wooden beam structure of the initially built for Vernons Gingerale wharehouse. Beautiful architectural lighting dimly illuminating leather covered chairs and benches on original wood plank flooring. Novel place settings, good wine selections, great food . Sport bar feel with the ambience of a sophisticated pub. Great food, great staff. I'd like to come back when it's busier for a real feel. I wouldn't call it romantic but definitely cozy.Great job!

We held our wedding reception in the upstairs section of 33 Bowen and it was fantastic! We had about 70 guests. The food was phenomenal, and the service was even better. I would highly recommend this location for any private function.

Great place, atmosphere and a fun night here tonight, although not so much for the Tiger-Cats. Bar manager did a fantastic job hosting the Grey Cup with give aways and free food.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here last night. We had an absolutely excellent experience! We were made to feel so special by the service staff and management, who were top-notch. The food was delicious - good portions and fair prices. Thank you to the 33 Bowen team for going above and beyond to help us celebrate a special night. We will definitely be back!
