I'm so happy for this new pizza place in Hamilton! They have nice staff and a spacious restaurant with a nice atmosphere. It is centrally located in the Hamilton downtown area- we stopped by for dinner before a movie at the theatre in Jackson Square. Their pizza was delicious- the dough was absolutely one of the best I've had. The flavours also worked well. We had the margherita pizza and the prosciutto arugula pizza. Will definitely come back!

The pizza was amazing. It was so fresh tasting with the best crust I've ever had. It was fun watching them toss the pizza dough in the air. Staff said that nearly all the ingredients are locally sourced and they make the dough from scratch. We also had the popcorn salad.

This place is fabulous- high quality pizza and a great environment. We love the pepperoni as well as the white potato pizza. They also have local beers on tap. Underground easy to access parking in the mall under, and steps away from the best theatre in the area- Landmark theatre. I took my kids here for dinner before the movie! Highly recommended!

A friend and I were walking by when we spotted this place yesterday. While we were viewing the menu from in the mall on the wall a staff member who was super friendly came over and gave us some menus. We decided to try it out and no regrets. Some of the staff is quite new to working in the restaurant world so some patience is needed but they are genuine, friendly and eager to help. About the food. The food was excellent! We split a Mediterranean pizza and it was great. We both said we would definitely be back. Great food and great service. ✌️

Very impressed with my first experience here. I enjoyed the artichoke pizza and it was enough for me to be satisfied, with a fantastic thin crust and absolutely delicious. Never thought I could enjoy white pizza, until today. I will definitely be back.

Had pizza from the food truck at Jackson-Triggs estate and it was terrific! The sourdough crust was done to perfection. Nice variety of pizza toppings and friendly service! Thanks!

This is a brand new upscale pizza joint located inside Jackson square through the main entrance at King and James. There is also street access off of King Street if you don't want to walk through the mall. What strikes you first about this place is the time and effort put in to building materials and layout, it has a really modern upscale feel, the open concept entrance on the mall side allows passers by to glance at a large menu which many patrons stop to take a glance at. Walking inside you see two really nice brick wood fired ovens, and you are able to sit at a table, or at a pizza bar which overlooks the area where they are making your pizza. The staff is also really warm and engaging. I grabbed the calabrese pizza, my buddy ordered the sweet heat pizza, both of these had really good flavour profiles. The calabrese especially benefitted from the combination of gargonzola cheese and calabrese salami. The crust is also really well done, it comes out of the oven thin, light and airy with just the right combination of crunchy and chewy texture. I would say that the pizzas were excellent, quality wise some of the best in the city. They are a little on the small side though and if you are hungry you are probably going to eat the whole thing (I did!). Pizzas range from $12-16 and it is definitely an issue of quality of quantity. Overall you should expect to spend $16-30 per person here. They do have a brand new tap with a limited selection of craft beers if you enjoy a cold one with your food. On the menu they even go as far as to offer drink pairing suggestions for their pizzas. I would recommend you give this place a shot, the decor the vibe and the food make for a really cool experience.

Carnivore pizza was excellent. Smores pizza was even better. This place should advertise more, they deserve a bigger customer base!

One of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. My family and I dropped in and ordered a couple of pizza. Our order was mixed up and we ended up with a pizza that we didn't order. No problem ... we got the mixed up pizza for free and the one we had ordered a few minutes later (700 degree oven bakes the pies FAST). Classy people and delicious pizza (all 3!)
