I haven't had a Schnitzel on a bun cordon bleu from there in years it was amazing sooo good
Got to check out this Hamilton staple when you’re craving a humongo sandwich or need your meat fix. The smell is phenomenal when you walk in and the ladies serving there are all so sweet.

love love love this place! Great prices and amazing meat! The staff is so friendly and helpful! My husband and I went in with our son tonight and the lady was so nice and gave us samples and had a smile the whole time! I really enjoyed my experience here and will be a definite repeat customer for life! ❤️🙂

I love stopping here on the way into work to pick up lunch or deli items to pack lunches. They have a complete delivery counter with meats and cheeses as well as a fresh meat counter (steaks, chops etc). There is also a section with vac packed meats and cheeses. The best part of coming here is their lunch counter. Take out only! They have daily snadwich specials, soups, stews, pizza. Every morning they cook up a breakfast special...egg sandwiches, bacon, baked french toast, breakfast pizza!! Prices are very reasonable and portions are very large. Sandwiches are huge!!! They also carry breads, crackers and snacks. If you go around lunch, I usually wait until around 1pm...it can get quite busy with contractors buying lunch for their crews. Springers is a hidden Hamilton gem on Morley Street!!!
Went in to get a prime rib, James the butcher was super helpful and helped me get what I needed the ladies behind the counter were kind. The prices were fair and they had lots of options. Gluten free things were labelled and displayed. The options for hot food to grab a quick lunch was a nice touch. Will be making this a regular stop
Good quality meat products. They also have great hot lunches and salads. The staff are always friendly and helpful here.
