Got to check out this Hamilton staple when you’re craving a humongo sandwich or need your meat fix. The smell is phenomenal when you walk in and the ladies serving there are all so sweet.

Went in to get a prime rib, James the butcher was super helpful and helped me get what I needed the ladies behind the counter were kind. The prices were fair and they had lots of options. Gluten free things were labelled and displayed. The options for hot food to grab a quick lunch was a nice touch.

Went in for lunch, was surprised when I ordered a sausage on a bun and it was $9.99 for just that, not a combo or anything.
There kielbasa is always good and reasonably priced at ~$14.00 for a big coil of it.

This is a top deli. They aren't for the "rich" but if you want good quality meats, this is the place to go. They are a little more on the pricey side but compared to what you're getting. It's actually worth it. They do have more to their store than just the meats, so dont think it's just that. Plus
The quality of Springer's meats is top notch. I love it that I can have butcher bacon packaged in portion sizes of my choice. And, of course, I can't not get some instant gratification from the hot counter at a super reasonable price!
