Excellent experience! The team and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They just keep smiling and being Kind! Absolutely loved it! The food is always fresh and healthy as you like to try the rest of the menu asap! I would recommend their California bowl and also their Mango Tango smoothie, just supreme 🤭😋

I love salads 🥗! Today I was craving some fresh vegetables and decided to get a California Salad with chicken breast and it was delicious. Everything is fresh and tasty, the honey Dijon dressing was absolutely amazing. Thank you! Will order again!

Working in the mall is dangerous with cultures there. The food is really good, love getting a sandwich, water and two side salads to make a combo. The quinoa bowls are delicious, food is always made fast and efficient.

Came here for the very first time and ordered a “very berry” smoothie. I was excited to try it but it ended up being bland. All I could taste was the almond milk and I couldn’t taste the berries that were supposed to be in the smoothie. The smoothie was tasteless and my throat started getting really really itchy. Other than that, the service was good.

Delicious! Had the beirut fattoush rice bowl. Veggies were fresh and lemon zatar salad dressing was really good! Staff were welcoming and polite. (Halifax Shopping Center food court) Will def go again. :)

Only place I go after my daily workouts. The salads and sandwiches are super delicious, but surprisingly low in calories. I would say best healthy food restaurant in Halifax, with value for every penny spent.🥗🥗♥️

Customer service is good and mind blowing. Staff is so friendly and I really appreciate their efforts to make customers day. I love strawberry banana smoothie. It is so delicious. I would definitely visit here again and again.

Cultures is an absolutely awesome spot to eat if your the healthy type.Lots of great vegan and veggie options fir everyone but they also have dishes for meat eaters alike.Tons of very fresh dishes and foods to choose from.Ate there today for my first time and will definitely be back.In a food court you can usually expect alot of fast fried food type places and we are very happy that this gem was in the shopping mall.Try it out.You cant go wrong.
