This place is the best! The staff literally learned exactly how I like my sandwich and makes my personalized lunch everyday. Their yogurt, berries and granola is all that and the soup...omg the soups this place makes is to die for. Nothing thickens my Jif like brunch and some good conversation with Andre and the staff.

Excellent coffee! And only $1.75 for medium. The 2 people working we're super friendly and there were nice seats by the window to sit. It is located in a nice office lobby with office workers coming down at break time. They serve the breakfast sandwiches on English muffin or bagel and the English muffins are a good size and you can choose whole wheat. We enjoyed it very much. The only downside was that my husband's was missing the ham. I told him to let them know but they told him it was "in the egg". But it wasn't so he had no meat. He wasn't persistent enough 🙁 We ended up ordering a 3rd sandwich and it had ham as did mine. It's too bad because all was good aside from that one thing...

Perfect place to grab breakfast or lunch. We stopped in on our last day in Halifax, it was very near our hotel. The food were ordered was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted very fresh and the service was very good and friendly. I would stop there for sure next time I am in town. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is the best sandwich bar in town. The food is always fresh and the staff and owners are really nice. You can grab breakfast, coffee, and lunch here every day of the week. My favorite is the tuna wrap, so good.
