Not to knock other fast food joints, but here at A&W the one thing(amongst many!) that really keeps me coming back is they give you pop when ordered! ..Not half a cup(whichever size) of ice(asking for no ice in drinks at other places is possible and easy of course, yet it's often overlooked or simply forgotten -as we are only human🤷🏼‍♂️). -Spot on! The service is great -just like the food and it's top shelf quality beef, always good.👌🏼

Food is typically fairly hot and fresh. They recently did renovations and it's a lot nicer and cleaner inside now. I would not recommend the order window however. It always takes at least 3 mins before they even say hello and than they always say it's going to be a wait before they will even take your order. Usually takes 15-20 mins using the order window even if you are the only vehicle. Only reason I don't go with five stars is poor service.
