The only thing I don't like about Mike's is trying to decide what I want! Everything I've tried is great, the menu isn't huge, and it's all ridiculously affordable. The mac and cheese bites are a must-have for every visit. Awesome portion sizes, I always end up taking some of my meal home for later.
Nice atmosphere, with great service. I had ordered the fish and chips which was great. Mikes Lunch is one of, if not the most well known restaurants in Glace Bay and has been open for as long as I can remember and is the place to visit for anyone visiting. One extra bonus is the free open WiFi they have available.
Great breakfast for a guy from Missouri. The sausage was amazing. I now want to try the breakfast bologna (as I bet their bologna doesn't have a first name). Waitress was incredibly friendly as well.
You get a lot for a low price in my opinion, great and friendly service although the waitress forgot my tray but everyone makes mistakes, no big deal aha. Will definitely go again🤗
The BEST french fries I've ever encountered - including chipwagons. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, booths are accommodating. Delicious spaghetti and great home-town meals. Surprise hits are the pizza rolls, greek plate, and the quesadillas!
The best restaurant ever and the crew are so kind and lovely. I highly recommend Mike's lunch for everyone who wanna enjoy his time with family or friends.
