We had a large group of people and the staff took very good care of us. The food was extremely good and plentiful, the server was great. Loved the lumberjack breakfast.

Back on top! When Norval Pancake Factory first opened it was amazing! Line ups forever! over the years the quality seemed to have slipped but the last 2 times I've visited they definitely found their mojo again! Definitely recommend! I'll be back!
After a lengthy deliberation and deciding where to go. We finally settled on coming here. And it was the best decision ever made. The pancakes truly lived upto their hype and name. Will be visiting again, thank you so much. Great people here serving delicious food. A+++

There was no lines. We got there, gave my name and phone number and they took us to our table right away. Waited a bit for our food which I understand because everything is made from scratch. I will definitely go back. š
We haven't been to The Pancake Factory for several years now because of the slow service but decided to give it another chance. We went for an early breakfast and it was quiet. The server was nice and attentive and the food arrived within 10 minutes š We both ordered the Junior Lumberjack breakfast and at $12.50 it was well worth it. We had leftovers for one. We loved the home fries and they had strawberry and peeled orange as a garnish. The orange was super sweet. Just a note of warning about the coffee as most restaurants have free refills we were surprised they charged us for each cup at $2.50 each. š„ other than that everything was delicious. A good alternative if you're looking for a place for breakfast or lunch.
My wife and I haven't been to this establishment since before the pandemic, and it was feeling like the quality was dropping at that time. We decided to drop in today for breakfast and were delighted at the great food we received. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the eggs, bacon and toast were all made perfectly to order. The service was quick, polite, and friendly. I'm glad this local restaurant is back on our menu.
I donāt normally write reviews but I need to share what a fantastic job the Norval Pancake Factory/Norval Pasta Bar did for my familyās Valentineās Day dinner. We ordered a large pasta meal which was absolutely delightful. The chicken Parmesan was perfect and the rest was delicious as well. They went above and beyond, including roses, chocolate covered strawberries and even candles in the order! My kids absolutely loved it and my husband was glad he didnāt have to buy roses haha. Thank you Norval Pancake Factory for the amazing Valentineās Day.
I had a wonderful time!! I took my niece out for Brunch. It was the first time sitting on a patio in a year!! It was so nice to eat there and be served. Helen our server was great!! Super friendly and very welcoming. The table and restaurant area were clean, food arrived pretty quick and was very tasty!! I had the waffle š§ with strawberries š and bananas š and my niece had peameal bacon and eggs.
I will definitely go back here again!
