Tonight BQ team was 100% on the ball .my burger was perfectly well made and pout together is the best presentation by phare I have for a long time , Fry’s was crispy and hot good job . This is y Wii’s guys are the king and not the clown
Best burger, 👍 staff very flexible, especially the Cashier is very active smart, but I think they need to train more the ladies (when client asks for ketchup 2 pcs enough no need to give more).
One point I would like to highlight as all the fast food restaurants in Canada, they should focus more on cleaning the tables.

Food is quite good, burgers taste good, fries are excellent, and prices are still ok for what you are buying (still everyday deals). Downside is that the Restaurant is planning a remodeling so the current building looks a bit rundown, and the owner seems to have a very low staff count (two people on shift at some times), so the drive-thru is never open. Hopefully the owner can fix these issues, because the food is nice, the convenience of it is a bit lacking.

The night I went there, I got there at 18h20 not knowing that they close at 19h. They were 4 people ahead of me in the lineup and by the time I got served, another 4 behind me( and 2 skip the dishes drivers came in to pick up too while I waited) because the drive thru was closed. I'm assuming because of lack of staff or it was near the end of the shift and staff had left already. I felt bad for the 3 staff members who were trying their best to get stuff done. The gentleman who served me was super nice, and once my order was taken the wait wasn't long at all. I was out by 18h50 which is kinda slow for a fast food restaurant, but my order was correct and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! It's the first time I've been inside in a long while. I usually go through the drive thru. It's a little shabby inside, but average for an older fast food place.
Hopefully next time I go the drive thru is open and I'll try to go earlier now that I know it closes at 19h instead of 21h. As an FYI, I ordered the onion rings, fries, 2 whoppers and 2 milkshakes for takeout.
