We have been to many bakeries and/or Pastry places but nothing like this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is amazing whether you order hot and ready food or from the bakery section, it's all amazing! I will definitely be back to this place. Great meet up place for a coffee and a bite!

Fantastic Premiere Moisson, Yes, there is a difference! The food AND the people at this location were superior. Truly a quality location in Gatineau with quality people behind the scenes. Helpful people with our English and very high quality food. Clean area to sit down and enjoy our lunch. Thank you again! We will be back.

Have Returned. A classic must-visit bakery chain from QC that promises high quality pastries and desserts. The coffee unfortunately is terrible, as it comes from an automated machine, tastes burnt. Large $4.60+tax. (Ontario Medium equivalent). This location is very large, with a good sit in portion and lots of retail products. Very clean.
