We have been to many bakeries and/or Pastry places but nothing like this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is amazing whether you order hot and ready food or from the bakery section, it's all amazing! I will definitely be back to this place. Great meet up place for a coffee and a bite!

A classic must-visit bakery chain from QC that promises high quality pastries and desserts. The coffee unfortunately is terrible, as it comes from an automated machine, tastes burnt. Large $4.60+tax. (Ontario Medium equivalent).

Every other month, we make the trek to Premiere Moisson in Gatineau for their croissants! We specifically get their almond croissants, but we also enjoy their regular ones and the chocolate filled ones.

Very good customer service here! I accidentally ordered for pick-up instead of delivery and they were very quick to accommodate and set a delivery time - even though it was my own mistake! The quality of the pastries and jams come highly recommended, I will definitely be ordering here again!

Absolutely love this place! We always get their croissants. They are so delicious warmed up with some jam!
We also love their cheesecake and recently fell in love with their strawberry shortcake! The crème brulée is also a solid option and you can return the ramekin to get back 90 cents.
