Despite being absolutely busy almost most of the time, with all the government employees wanting their breakfast/coffee at the same time, the quality of the food and service beats other location by light years. The manager is doing an outstanding job running the show. The employees seem very happy and they show a positive attitude and NEVER get the order wrong even though they get a crazy amount of orders.
I have been to countless locations across Ontario and Quebec, and they are nothing but frustrating. However, this location makes me not want to go anywhere else...

The ladies provided excellent service with the most clean environment compared to other locations. Sad that they are no longer open because if you knew when the office workers rush times are you could get coffee and snacks super fast. Service was never slow, it was normal when it was morning before workers started shifts, or when they took a lunch.. It was expected ;)
Cut the cold wait for a bus down with a warm wait for a hot coffee. The cold gets better with a coffee.

Convenient and relatively fast if you get there between rushes. Staff speaks English and French although if speaking English be sure to speak clearly. They stop serving prepared food at 3pm even if they don't close until 4pm.
Very friendly but sandwiches are made to fast and don't retain the heat unless you eat right away. I keep telling them to born my English muffin but they don't lolz
Nice clean, easy to access place. Service is pretty good. At busy hours be ready for some queue time.
Best Tim I know, Covid changed the business hours a bit. Open from 7:30 to 14:30.
Great employees, very fast service. One of the best locations in CANADA
More of a kiosk like Tim's found in airports or hospitals, but does have sandwiches.
