Had some issues with our Skip and Uber deliveries! Saleem takes time out and has actually corrected the order and brought it to my house himself, that is going beyond great customer service! Lynn is also sweet, I called last week and she knew our order and who we were right away. It's great to be recognized as a good customer and it's great to be taken care of by some fantastic managers! Keep up the good work! And today my coffee even came with a little note on the lid!

Nice and quiet for a Tim Hortons. Food and staff are what you'd expect. The area is pleasant. Most of the customers who come here are seniors and students of nearby schools. You can order your coffee and whatever else you might like and go eat it under the Alonzo-Wright bridge. However if all you want is a quick bite to eat this place might not be as great due to the fact you must know the area to find out how to get into the parking lot. Also, the drive-thru tends to be busy.

Good Tim Hortons, great employees and good and fast customer service. Will sometimes make mistakes, but they will be corrected fast and with a smile if asked nicely. All in all it's a good place to stop for a coffee on the go.
