Serving a decent North-American version of bubble tea, with some ingredients imported from Taiwan. @sérénithé -1 star since you could do more to encourage repeat customers to avoid single-use plastic cups and straws. How about selling re-usable cups that fit your sizes, display them prominently, and offer a discount if you use it?
The staff were very friendly and professional! They gave awesome service. The bubble tea that we got were delicious and tasted organic.
Great little place with lots of bubble tea flavours. For an extra cost you can have a second add-in but they don't do half and half (ex. Half tapioca pearls and half bobbas) like most other places but overall I enjoy their bubble tea.
First off, this is slush fruit flavoured bubble tea which there are so many flavours to choose from and very delicious. Just be aware they don't offer milk bubble tea which you get at authentic bubble tea places in Ottawa. However, if you're looking for fruity this is definitely the place to go!
I had never even tried bubble tea until a few months ago, despite hearing so much about it. Decided to give it a try, and I (and most of my friends) am now hooked!! This is a great place! Always great service, the bubble tea is incredible, and their sandwiches also. Very nice, welcoming atmosphere.Definitely recommend it to all my friends and clients. Keep up the great work guys! Aylmer needs more businesses that take the time to offer the level of quality and service that you do. Oh great! Talking about it has given me a craving :)
Best bubble tea in the Ottawa region. Nice store and awesome staff.
I'm not always thrilled with this joint and I've given them a fair amount of chances. This past visit was a real treat and made up for the past so-so bevvies. The lemon flavored bubble tea with "crémeux" and tapioca pearls were recommended by the owner and by golly! What a subtle, refreshing and delightful mix. How it's 75 calories is beyond my understanding. In any case, I relish the thought of my next one.

Sérénithé is a great place to get bubble tea when you're going up or down Principale. I love the amount of flavors they have and also that they give you the option to buy just the bubbles in a container. They also offer compostable straws for 15¢ each to help reduce the amount of plastic. Overall I only gave it a 4/5 because their prices are a little high in my eyes but hey, once in a while it makes for a great treat!
Their bubble tea is really good. I've tried various flavours, some better than others, but overall I give their bubble teas a 9/10. Service is always fast and pleasant.
