I came to this restaurant with a group of friends. This place is a bring your own wine location. As you can see in the photo below we had a great time! We first ordered some appetizers - the imperial rolls and the hunan dumplings (pork with peanut sauce). For our mains, we ordered the number 8 (pork vermicelli) and number 27 (spicy lemongrass chicken) - everything was super delicious. The waiter was a lot of fun - had a great sense of humor, made a joke about certain items not being available. What a jokester. Can’t wait to come back again! Number 26 wasn’t available this time, but hoping to try it next time.

The special was curried chicken phó and it was delectable! Fragrant, colorful, flavorful, fresh! Pleasant service--quaint, cozy space.

Amazing food, the soups are great. I usually order the vegetarian Pho or the spicy seafood one, both of them are delicious. The restaurant can be a bit crowded at times since it is very small but it is totally worth it.

Portion sizes are huge and are definitely worth the price! The ambience is very pleasant. Their broth was really fresh and tasted amazing without any additions to it. The restaurant does have bring your own wine. Definitely recommend!

This place is a hidden gem, fantastic place if in need of real, authentic Vietnamese food. The location isn't particularly big and reservation is highly recommended. The taste of every meal is just unbelievable and the owner is very kind and professional. Prices are below average. Greatly recommended

LOVE this place. I usually go with a large group so the wait time is a little long but it is a small restaurant so that's completely understandable. I noticed smaller tables get their food a little faster. Always have the same waiter who is very attentive and polite. Somewhat small menu but everything on there is amazing.

I discovered this little gem roughly a year ago. It’s a quaint little neighbourhood restaurant. On my first visit i noticed the place was very clean and staff are top notch. The front of the house staff are extremely friendly and client oriented. I was approached right away and served quickly and efficiently. The first thing i normally look for is cleanliness. This restaurant has a nice little window at the cash and i could see that the kitchen was clean and organized and wasn’t a runaway freight train during supper rush hour unlike many places. This restaurant stole my heart. I was a huge regular at chinatown noodle houses and this place became my favourite. Everything is made from scratch. No powdered broths like other places. Rolls are made on site and by hand. This is to date the most consistent place i’ve been to in regards to quality, taste and portioning and overall customer service. I have never had a negative experience there. The menu is also available ‘to-go’ which is great for those nights you just want to sit at home in your pj’s and chow down some good, heartwarming healthy food. I can not recommend this place enough. It’s well located for access on a major roadway in hull so there basically isn’t a reason to try this little gem. On that. I’m going for a soupe.

The food was really good. The vegetarian pho was amazing (the broth was really tasty) and so was the pad Thai. The service was great. The only thing that was bothering us was the weird smell when you get in the restaurant. It seems to be coming from downstairs and wasn't a major problem at all once inside.

I have driven past this place everyday, for 7 months, entranced by their charming neon sign. Every time I drive by I think “this week! this week I’ll finally go!” Well, it took me a long time, but I’m so glad I finally made it. The chicken pho was DELICIOUS. I’ve had a lot of pho in my day and this is definitely the best in Ottawa. The environment is cute, and very clean, and the service was very friendly. I will be coming back soon!

Greeted the minute we walked in, the service was very good and very welcoming. It’s a Small place but very cosy. I took the assorted meat vermicelli and it was awesome as always. If you decide to go,They had a new type of drink on the menu ( sweet basil drink ) it has fruits, juice and chia seeds Omg... you have to taste it !!!!

Food is always fresh and people great. Dining in is relaxing as it is not too busy. Take out stays hot until you get home so the soup are as good as eating on location.

Really top notch food. We had dumplings, pork vermicelli bowl & rare beef pho. Everything was fresh and delicious. Best pho restaurant we've been to in Ottawa-Gatineau ... It's our new go-to spot. It's BYOB with a dépanneur next door where you can grab a can of beer should you forget to bring yours from home.

Great service always! Ordered food for takeout, and the owner gave me a glass of lemon water while I waited. Always so nice here, and the food is delicious! Best Pho in Hull

When I entered into the Bistro Pho tonight, I was not very impressed with the decor. Let me tell you that it really doesn't matter because the food is delicious as well as very affordable, the service is impeccable (I usually hate having to ask for more water but this waiter was great, he came to our table with water well before I had to ask every time), the ambiance great. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the restaurant. It was very cold, my friend was shivering all evening. Thank you to the employees of Bistro Pho for a great evening of amazing food. My friend and I were very happy about the food and we are thinking of going back in the future.

This restaurant has the most delicious , robust food . Everything I have tried has been absolutely scrumptious . A must try if you are in the area.

It took a long time to be served ( we were 2 in the resto). Plus my food was cold and did NOT taste good . The server was nice but the food was not good . id rather go in chinatown to eat good pho bo gua la .

I was there for the first time today and I forgot to ask for no cilantro in my soup... But it was to late and they made me pay for it anyway... I ordered another soup.. and my friend and I asked for the rest to go... I got home to eat the rest and saw that it was full of cilantro... After telling them I was very allergic they mixed it up.. they don't care about there customers and I will never go back....

Tonight was my first experience at Bistro Pho. I love Asian food, especially Vietnamese, and I was very impressed with this restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious, I had rolls, Hunan dumplings (amazing), my main dish was grilled pork with rolls, vermicelli and vegetables all with fish sauce, and for dessert a fried banana. Everything was excellent, no complaints about the food. The service was impeccable, the restaurant clean, the ambiance great. The only complaint I have is that the temperature in the restaurant was very cold. My friend was so cold she was shivering all evening.

The food is so fresh and tasty, the service is great, and the atmosphere is cozy. My wife and I found out about this place this year, and we've gone back quite a few times; always very happy with the food! Try the chef's special rice wrap, it amazing! The wonton soup is fantastic, as is the pho bo ga.

Very long wait to be served: arrived at 615pm on a Thursday. Ordered 3 appetizers and 2entries at 625pm. 2 appetizers arrived at 655pm. 3rd appetiser arrived at 720pm and when we asked how long the entrees would be they asked if we wanted them "straight away"! They then arrived at 725pm. 1 hour after ordering, but just 5 minutes after asking for them. Very strange. The food itself was ok quality, the spicy seafood pho was the best dish, the rolls, dumplings and pork vermicelli were ok at best.

This is a small cozy restaurant, food is fabulous, super fresh and not a super large menu that you dont know what to choose. I came in here just 4 months ago and love so much the food that i visit it minimum three time a week. Excellent service by waitresses, waiter and owner.

Delicious !. Un de mes amis m'a conseilleé ce restaurant et je n'ai pas été déçu ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse et ça c'est sans parler de la nourriture ! Pour ma part, j'ai goûté au spécial du jour qui était une soupe épicé au porc et au boeuf. La portion était genereuse et Le bouillon était absolument exquis . Avec ce froid glaçiale, il est clair que ma prochaine visite ne se fera pas tarder!

Mauvais. Nous avons été servi du boeuf saignant au lieu du porc et il y avait des cheveux dans notre poulet - la sauce au poisson goûte le poisson passé date - je n'y retournerai pas

Incroyable!. C'est la meilleure soupe Pho que j'ai mangé en Outaouais. En plus, le service est courtois et rapide. Je vais y retourner, c'est certain.

This is just one of the many reasons I love this restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing! The Pho broth is full of flavor, definitely the best Pho in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. I have tried many different dishes, EVERYTHING is so delicious and always fresh. The #26 is my favorite, its a caramelized braised pork in coconut juice, accompanied with a hard boiled egg, rice and salad. Try it!!! you won't regret it!! The food is not the only reason I keep going back to this restaurant. The service is always super friendly, no matter how busy it is and the owners make you feel like you are part of a family. The restaurant décor is really cute, nice and cozy and always very clean. Le Bistro Pho is a MUST TRY!!! did I mention the BRING YOUR OWN WINE ?

Best & Healthiest Pho in town. Our family & friends love to come here for a warm bowl of Pho. The place is cozy and friendly. If you are allergic to MSG, it's the place to go. Oh and bring your own wine ;)

The Trifecta -Service/Taste/Atmosphere. Had a wonderful experience at Le Bistro Pho. The Pad Thai was amazing with fresh ingredients and a taste unlike any other Pad Thai that I have ever experienced. The service was fast and polite and the restaurant itself provides a perfect setting for a social gathering.<br/><br/>Would recommend to anybody and am looking forward to eating there again.

Fit for a king (and queen). This place sets the bar for best Pho. Every time I come here, the pho is fresh and consistent. The beef is always tender and the portions are amazing. I would recommend this place for everyone!

Not your typical Chinatown phở place.. Everything here is fresh and delicious. They go to great strides to pay attention to the little things, be it the lime in the water or the perfectly sliced beef in the pho.

In Hull visiting but looking for a great Vietnamese meal? This is your place!!! Live near- then you are in luck an should be in eating here every few days. The service in front of house was super friendly, casual and attentive. The food Ngoc and her staff are turning out in this relatively new restaurant is authentic and tasty. I had the Chicken Classic Pho which avoided common pitfalls like over salting and dried chicken. The chicken pieces were big and tender and the soup was full of veggies. With the classic fresh toppings on the side and my special request of crushed peanuts it was excellent. My only regret is I wasn't hungry enough to try the beef curry with Baguette. There is always next time!

Hidden Gem. Really glad we checked this place out tonight! The food was amazing! Service was fast! Staff were really kind! This is definetly a hidden gem and so glad we found it. Un revenez-y bien. Cette fois j'y suis retournée avec une autre de mes fille France. Depuis le temps que je lui promets de l' inviter pour goûter à leurs délicieux mets, tout simples mais si bons. Le mien était du porc braisé au goût de lait de coco. Le tout fondait dans la bouche. France a adoré leur soupe copieuse et si nourrissante. Nous nous sommes promis d'y retourner encore et encore. Le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il allait très prochainement augmenter la diversité du menu, mais le menu actuel suffit amplement pour un excellent repas à prix raisonnable. À essayer au plus vite! Good service great food. Had a very pleasant experience at Le Bistro Pho. Tasty food. The basil seed beverage was a nice surprise : exotic and refreshing! Fantastic ratio price/quality. Will definitely go back!!

Super!. This was takeout saturday night for us. First impression of the restaurant was that it is very clean and people are super friendly. Had spicy lemongrass chicken (week-end special, but I imagine it's very close to the regular lemongrass chicken on the menu), chef's special pho, classic salad rolls and two basil seed drinks(!).<br/><br/>The food was basically perfect even after the 10 minutes drive home. Chicken was tender, cooked to perfection and deliciously spicy. Served with rice, cilantro and other fixings. Well worth 10$. Salad rolls are salad rolls, nothing bad to say about that. The soup was excellent as well. It took three refills to put all the stuff in it. The waitress had us taste the basil seed drink before buying which was nice (this girl is just too nice). The drink is basically a bubble tea with smaller "bubbles" containing a small crunchy seed. It was good, but I find it could have tasted more like basil. Just ask for a taste if you drop by.<br/><br/>Food was ready in under 10 minutes We will come back and make sure our friends know about this place.<br/><br/>Hope they survive on Saint-Raymond which is a boulevard that has seen many restaurants fail even when the food is good. It's going to take more advertising, participating in events and maybe some tables and shrubs outside to increase visibility from this busy boulevard.<br/><br/>Good luck!
