When I entered into the Bistro Pho tonight, I was not very impressed with the decor. Let me tell you that it really doesn't matter because the food is delicious as well as very affordable, the service is impeccable (I usually hate having to ask for more water but this waiter was great, he came to our table with water well before I had to ask every time), the ambiance great. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the restaurant. It was very cold, my friend was shivering all evening. Thank you to the employees of Bistro Pho for a great evening of amazing food. My friend and I were very happy about the food and we are thinking of going back in the future.
This restaurant has the most delicious , robust food . Everything I have tried has been absolutely scrumptious . A must try if you are in the area.
Tonight was my first experience at Bistro Pho. I love Asian food, especially Vietnamese, and I was very impressed with this restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious, I had rolls, Hunan dumplings (amazing), my main dish was grilled pork with rolls, vermicelli and vegetables all with fish sauce, and for dessert a fried banana. Everything was excellent, no complaints about the food. The service was impeccable, the restaurant clean, the ambiance great. The only complaint I have is that the temperature in the restaurant was very cold. My friend was so cold she was shivering all evening.
Delicious vegetarian pho soup with veg broth. Love their rice wraps too. Mmmm.

The food is so fresh and tasty, the service is great, and the atmosphere is cozy. My wife and I found out about this place this year, and we've gone back quite a few times; always very happy with the food! Try the chef's special rice wrap, it amazing! The wonton soup is fantastic, as is the pho bo ga.
This is a small cozy restaurant, food is fabulous, super fresh and not a super large menu that you dont know what to choose. I came in here just 4 months ago and love so much the food that i visit it minimum three time a week. Excellent service by waitresses, waiter and owner.

First of all ... Bring Your Own Wine !!! YES!! and no corking fee. This is just one of the many reasons I love this restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing! The Pho broth is full of flavor, definitely the best Pho in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. I have tried many different dishes, EVERYTHING is so delicious and always fresh. The #26 is my favorite, its a caramelized braised pork in coconut juice, accompanied with a hard boiled egg, rice and salad. Try it!!! you won't regret it!! The food is not the only reason I keep going back to this restaurant. The service is always super friendly, no matter how busy it is and the owners make you feel like you are part of a family. The restaurant décor is really cute, nice and cozy and always very clean. Le Bistro Pho is a MUST TRY!!! did I mention the BRING YOUR OWN WINE ?
Best & Healthiest Pho in town. Our family & friends love to come here for a warm bowl of Pho. The place is cozy and friendly. If you are allergic to MSG, it's the place to go. Oh and bring your own wine ;)
Fit for a king (and queen). This place sets the bar for best Pho. Every time I come here, the pho is fresh and consistent. The beef is always tender and the portions are amazing. I would recommend this place for everyone!
Not your typical Chinatown phở place.. Everything here is fresh and delicious. They go to great strides to pay attention to the little things, be it the lime in the water or the perfectly sliced beef in the pho.

In Hull visiting but looking for a great Vietnamese meal? This is your place!!! Live near- then you are in luck an should be in eating here every few days. The service in front of house was super friendly, casual and attentive. The food Ngoc and her staff are turning out in this relatively new restaurant is authentic and tasty. I had the Chicken Classic Pho which avoided common pitfalls like over salting and dried chicken. The chicken pieces were big and tender and the soup was full of veggies. With the classic fresh toppings on the side and my special request of crushed peanuts it was excellent. My only regret is I wasn't hungry enough to try the beef curry with Baguette. There is always next time!

I came to this restaurant with a group of friends. This place is a bring your own wine location. As you can see in the photo below we had a great time!
We first ordered some appetizers - the imperial rolls and the hunan dumplings (pork with peanut sauce). For our mains, we ordered the number 8 (pork vermicelli) and number 27 (spicy lemongrass chicken) - everything was super delicious.
The waiter was a lot of fun - had a great sense of humor, made a joke about certain items not being available. What a jokester.
Can’t wait to come back again! Number 26 wasn’t available this time, but hoping to try it next time.
The special was curried chicken phó and it was delectable! Fragrant, colorful, flavorful, fresh! Pleasant service--quaint, cozy space.

Amazing food, the soups are great. I usually order the vegetarian Pho or the spicy seafood one, both of them are delicious.
The restaurant can be a bit crowded at times since it is very small but it is totally worth it.
Portion sizes are huge and are definitely worth the price! The ambience is very pleasant. Their broth was really fresh and tasted amazing without any additions to it.
The restaurant does have bring your own wine.

This place is a hidden gem, fantastic place if in need of real, authentic Vietnamese food. The location isn't particularly big and reservation is highly recommended. The taste of every meal is just unbelievable and the owner is very kind and professional.
Prices are below average. Greatly recommended
LOVE this place. I usually go with a large group so the wait time is a little long but it is a small restaurant so that's completely understandable. I noticed smaller tables get their food a little faster. Always have the same waiter who is very attentive and polite. Somewhat small menu but everything on there is amazing.

I discovered this little gem roughly a year ago. It’s a quaint little neighbourhood restaurant. On my first visit i noticed the place was very clean and staff are top notch. The front of the house staff are extremely friendly and client oriented. I was approached right away and served quickly and efficiently. The first thing i normally look for is cleanliness. This restaurant has a nice little window at the cash and i could see that the kitchen was clean and organized and wasn’t a runaway freight train during supper rush hour unlike many places. This restaurant stole my heart. I was a huge regular at chinatown noodle houses and this place became my favourite.
Everything is made from scratch. No powdered broths like other places. Rolls are made on site and by hand. This is to date the most consistent place i’ve been to in regards to quality, taste and portioning and overall customer service.
I have never had a negative experience there. The menu is also available ‘to-go’ which is great for those nights you just want to sit at home in your pj’s and chow down some good, heartwarming healthy food.
I can not recommend this place enough. It’s well located for access on a major roadway in hull so there basically isn’t a reason to try this little gem.
On that. I’m going for a soupe.
