This is not an authentic sushi place and that's OK. It's a fast food chain with creative and diverse choices to offer. It's really my last-ditch option to come here. I'd have to be desperate and chained to the ground to eat within Windermere and I'd have to be on-the-run. This is ironic because the service is quite incredibly slow here. They aren't that friendly either. Maybe they are just introverted and task-oriented. I don't know. You aren't going to get nicely cooked rice here for your sushi. It'll be a little warmer or soggier than you think but the raw fish, sauce, and various toppings will make up for that shortfall. I would recommend coming here to try the sushi balls (temari), sushi tacos, sushi pizzas, tartare, hako sushi and whatever offerings that you don't often find in Japanese restaurants. Last but not least, it's not cheap either, but despite its slowness it should still be faster than a regular Japanese restaurant take-out.
